1. Great location in the center of Orchard area with with a lot of food options. 2. The room was spacious, modern, had all amenities we could wish for and also there was a filtered water tap in the bathroom. It also had strong air condition to handle hot weather at that time. 3. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to help. They upgraded my room and when we have to go to hospital in the early morning, he helped us for a taxi or grab and made sure we got transportation that early morning. 4. Besides the drinking water, the gym also provides complimentary fruit, such as apples.

Nothing to really fault besides, gym was very small but overall a very pleasant stay.

Call buttons for food/drinks service at the pool did not seem to work. Room rate and food charges are fairly pricey - but all Singapore hotels are, I guess. Not a huge issue, but two separate lifts needed to be taken to access guest rooms.

Rooms where clean & spacious. Location to shopping centers (3 of) & it was approx a 5-8 minute walk to MRT stations.

Father in-laws room was on a different floor, we did request rooms close to each other. The phone in his room didn't work so we where unable to contact him and as the key cards only gave you access to your floor, we also couldn't contact him that way either. All this was eventually sorted when a staff member let us onto his floor level & we got the WIFI connected to his mobile phone. Had tea in the main restaurant on the first night, the lighting in the restaurant did allow you to read the menu that well. Tea was very nice, but also very expensive.

Great location in the center of Orchard area. Very welcoming and professional staffs. A special mention to Kelvin at Eden Restaurant who took great care of us every time we visit the restaurant and bar.

Location is great and they have very good staff! Very friendly and ready to help! Eugene even remembered my mother's aloo paratha! The room was spacious and had all amenities we could wish for. They helped us check in earlier and change room with better view. we had breakfast included and it was okay.

breakfast was okay. my mother and I are vegetarians and had enough food but it was just okay. They also repeat the breakfast on alternate days so it becomes a bit boring when you are staying for (9) days! :) The staff was nice and they would help my mother get Aloo Paratha or something else. Also for room service, they do not have many options. They have just about enough and tough for older people. I think for the price we pay, it should be improved.

Location was prime if you love shopping. Central to all the main malls on orchard Rd. Cleaners are particularly prompt and efficient. Rooms are fresh and strong aircon to handle the humid weather.

Breakfast was kinda mid. Food was constantly cold with exception of fresh omilette. Even the advertised home made pancakes were out of a pre made commercially available packet. ( They were fine, but at this price I guess you just expect a little more. ) Juice was very good and coffee machine was perfectly acceptable even for a Melbourne resident. Gym could do with a few more attachments for the cable machine but otherwise sufficient.

Location is everything! Right smack in the bustling Orchard road, next to Paragon Mall. The breakfast was superb and of very high quality. The room was super comfortable - the bed, pillows, etc. The staff were really helpful!

Room wasn't ready when we checked-in at 2pm. It was still ok. The staff help us to set up the ALL app and registered us, and apparently will prompt us when our room is ready. We went to Paragon for the time-being. However, at 4:30pm it still wasn't ready and no prompt from the app. We had to go back to the reception to enquire and got our room sorted.

The hotel was welcoming and strategically located at the heart of the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road, which was very convenient because we had our children with us. The staff were friendly and reasonably accommodated to our requests. The rooms were clean, needless to say and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you Pullman.

Excellent location, friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast.

A larger room area will be better.

Hotel has very posh interior design/decor, the lounge area and restaurant setting had great ambience and decor, food at breakfast was superb. Rooms are clean and newly refurbished, bathrooms are very clean.

Toilets in room have no washer/bidet. Surprised to find that Pullman did not install these in the bathrooms.
