Rooms where clean & spacious. Location to shopping centers (3 of) & it was approx a 5-8 minute walk to MRT stations.

Father in-laws room was on a different floor, we did request rooms close to each other. The phone in his room didn't work so we where unable to contact him and as the key cards only gave you access to your floor, we also couldn't contact him that way either. All this was eventually sorted when a staff member let us onto his floor level & we got the WIFI connected to his mobile phone. Had tea in the main restaurant on the first night, the lighting in the restaurant did allow you to read the menu that well. Tea was very nice, but also very expensive.

Location is great and they have very good staff! Very friendly and ready to help! Eugene even remembered my mother's aloo paratha! The room was spacious and had all amenities we could wish for. They helped us check in earlier and change room with better view. we had breakfast included and it was okay.

breakfast was okay. my mother and I are vegetarians and had enough food but it was just okay. They also repeat the breakfast on alternate days so it becomes a bit boring when you are staying for (9) days! :) The staff was nice and they would help my mother get Aloo Paratha or something else. Also for room service, they do not have many options. They have just about enough and tough for older people. I think for the price we pay, it should be improved.

Location was prime if you love shopping. Central to all the main malls on orchard Rd. Cleaners are particularly prompt and efficient. Rooms are fresh and strong aircon to handle the humid weather.

Breakfast was kinda mid. Food was constantly cold with exception of fresh omilette. Even the advertised home made pancakes were out of a pre made commercially available packet. ( They were fine, but at this price I guess you just expect a little more. ) Juice was very good and coffee machine was perfectly acceptable even for a Melbourne resident. Gym could do with a few more attachments for the cable machine but otherwise sufficient.

Location is everything! Right smack in the bustling Orchard road, next to Paragon Mall. The breakfast was superb and of very high quality. The room was super comfortable - the bed, pillows, etc. The staff were really helpful!

Room wasn't ready when we checked-in at 2pm. It was still ok. The staff help us to set up the ALL app and registered us, and apparently will prompt us when our room is ready. We went to Paragon for the time-being. However, at 4:30pm it still wasn't ready and no prompt from the app. We had to go back to the reception to enquire and got our room sorted.

Hotel has very posh interior design/decor, the lounge area and restaurant setting had great ambience and decor, food at breakfast was superb. Rooms are clean and newly refurbished, bathrooms are very clean.

Toilets in room have no washer/bidet. Surprised to find that Pullman did not install these in the bathrooms.

Excellent location, friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast.

A larger room area will be better.

Location was perfect as it was close to shops and transport hubs. Slightly away from the main road which meant quick pickups for rideshares and room was quiet. Staff were incredibly friendly and the food was amazing, especially room service.

I'm just over 6ft tall and like to stretch out when I sleep. When sleeping, my feet hung over the edge of the bed as the mattress was too small.

Stayed for 4 nights. Friendly staff, assisting whenever needed, going above and beyond. Pool area clean and tidy. Breakfast had a variety for everyone, situated in a lovely restaurant. Restaurant staff also very friendly. Concierge staff- professional and courteous.

Location was a bit too central for me, too busy during traffic jam. It would be suitable for someone only interested in shopping. Otherwise, hotel is lovely.

The staff is really pro and helpful. The location is more than great.

The room service is sometimes not available for late night meals. There are strong smells in the hallways in the fourth floor there is a strong food smell that is really negatively overwhelming. In the 10th floor there is a strong urine smell.

Breakfast was sumptuous. Just don’t feel comfortable a group of chef standing behind the counter watching what you take😢

Communication at front desk (left a baggage for my daughter at reception counter- it was not even delivered to her! Checked on the status- they could not find it and not even in loss and found section. It was only found after I checked out and I have to make a trip down to pick it up!
