All the Staff make the hotel fantastic

The location is perfect, you can easily reach all of the interesting places in the region. The gardens around the rooms are beautiful and full of wildlife. You get a good mix of privacy and communicability to the food street and bars.

It looked like some staff members killed a snake one morning, which although is understandable that they dont want the guests to be scared, we did not appreciate :( other than that one small thing, the overall experience was amazing and i highly recommend this place :)

The location is amazing and it's definitely what you pay for. Kem the pool bar tender was great and made us feel so welcome. Reception and luggage staff are so helpful.

Doors in hotel rooms don't have seals around the door frame, gorgeous room but was eaten alive by mosquitos due to the door issue. For the price of the hotel I think this needs to be sorted.

Beautiful beach views, stunning sunsets, good food, and the perfect place to unwind and relax.

Staff wasn’t the most welcoming at times, particularly toward the end of the day when it seemed staff were eager to wrap up. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the decor and amenities felt somewhat dated and bathroom had a bit of a smell. However, it’s worth noting that renovations were in progress, suggesting upgrades are being made.

The property is right on the beach, with a beautiful pool, and stunning views. The beds were comfortable, the room specious, and the staff very friendly! They even give you a free mini bar every day, which was such a lovely touch.

The property is really big, so if you want to be near the beach and pool, ensure you enquire about this when you book your room, because it’s about a 10 minute walk from the pier side of the resort to the pool. I found it a bit frustrating that it wasn’t made clear where the room was situated on booking.com, we had to enquire when we got to the resort, and found out our room was 10 minutes away from the pool, so we upgraded - but it’s more expensive to upgrade in person than it is on booking.com! The restaurant is beautiful by the beach, but very average food.

Great hotel on the Railay peninsula. Only accessible by boat so make sure you plan that accordingly! Resort is quite long so they have a buggy service available. 2 pools on site and some epic views too. Restaurant had good food options and there were loads of other food options on Walking Street too!

Lighting in room was a bit poor

You get what you paid for. This is not a luxury resort but it's the perfect place to rest your head after a long beach day. Not to mention that you have the most spectacular beach within walking distance.

The service could have been better and the staff could have been more accommodating. Most of the guests arrive before the check-in time and we communicated that to them well in advance. They could have ensured the room was ready. We loved Railay, by far the best beach around but if you do want to go explore Ao Nang, you only have one option to get there and that's the small boats. You have to wait until all 8 seats are filled before they'll take you. The resorts should have a boat on their own that do back and forths per hour.

- Beach front - close to the pier - lovely pools. One by the beach and one inside the property. You can go for the latter if you prefer some quiet time. - Free minibar - this is an absolute plus. I had never realized the convenience of this until now. - lovely and extremely helpful staff - big and spacious room with a lovely balcony. - decent breakfast with different items from 1 day to the next.

- room was very old. - the blankets also seemed old. Mine had holes in them. - the bathrobe looked old and worn out. - The beach slippers provided were not clean. They were dusty and you could see the footprint of the person who used it before.

Railay beach is beautiful and definitaly worth visiting. The hotel is very nice as well, has a good breakfast, a beautiful garden and a good pool. Monkeys often visit it as well.

Railay beach is hard to reach, and the staff wasn't very helpful when we contacted them prior our arrival to ask for advice on getting there. We had to carry our luggages along the pier and to the hotel. Later we realised that there is a hotel transfer longboat (3 times a day) in which case they organise a trackor to meet the longboat and they transfer your luggages then. This would've been nice to know and should've been explained even if we didn't ask specifically.

The location is unique: directly on the beach between the west and east side of Railay. Big room (cottage) with all kind of amenities (including free mini bar) Vegetation and the monkeys were a plus. Two swimming pools, one right on the beach. Seat area in the front, between pool and beach (west part) The resort has a supermarket, health clinic, restaurant and bar (did not try any). Next to the complex there is a short street with bars, restaurants, massages, shops, etc.

Two things could improve for a 10: breakfast and the maintenance/ cleanliness of the pool area and room. Simple details like removing the white paint stains from furniture in the room, clean the headboard and keep cleaner the pool toilets… for the rest fantastic!
