The rooms have desks and a proper computer chair which allowed me to comfortably work on my laptop for extended hours. Some rooms have bigger desks than others (i was able to change rooms to get a bigger desk). The breakfast choices were good and varied. The location of the hotel was good, but is among the Indian and Arabic focused areas, it was a little harder to find a wide selection of affordable/available Thai food in the immediate area for this reason. Staff were great, wifi was fast and stable.

The gym equipment was dated and poor but was just about adequate enough to do a few basic workouts.

Breakfast was great. Excellent room with everything I could need. The mattress is very comfortable.. not too soft and not too hard. The room was located at the back of the hotel which made it quite quiet. The location of the hotel is very good with access to Bumrungrad Hospital only 7 minutes walking away. It is a short 15 min. walk to the BTS. Loads of restaurants, massage places and nail salons nearby. The hotel has an ATM at the entrance which is very practical.

I didn't like that the hotel is on a soi without a sidewalk. This made walking awkward and dodging cars and tuktuks a constant focus.

Very friendly staff & any request was no problem at all & dealt with almost straight away. Breakfast was brilliant & staff very accommodating for guests who just show up before the 1030am cut off. Very reasonable room rate per night which included breakfast daily for two but I was solo. Gym served my purpose however more machines would be good. Towels and water available. Room was clean & kept tidy with water & coffee replaced everyday.

No pool which for me is a deal breaker depending on how long I stay at hotels. I stayed 5 nights and would have enjoyed lazing by a pool having coffee or a cold beer.

The room was lovely, nice quality and well soundproofed with a corner aspect, the lifts were quick with keycard activation. The arrival/departure porters were very efficient.

The breakfast buffet was a bit hit and miss, at the first station there is an egg request ticket to fill out, but at the next station there are fried and scrambled eggs! I knew from booking it, that it was not on the main road but it was about 10 minutes walk away from sukhumvit Road and there were some tiny soi's to navigate! The aircon was full blast noisy and you can't control that. The bathroom door needs a better closure method as it seems like a stopgap fix, on our room anyway.

We have used this Hotel on previous occasion when visiting Bangkok. It is a good standard grade of hotel, with excellent cleanliness, helpful staff and decent sized rooms. It has a little bay area which is good for the taxis to pull into to allow you to get into and out of the taxi without stopping the traffic. The most important part for me was that I thought I had lost my mobile phone - but the reception staff held a lost phone in reception which they gave back to me when I asked if they had found one. Wearing shorts with smaller pockets and large smart phones is not the best combination.

The restaurant that was there on a previous visit is now only really operating for breakfasts/light bites - which is a shame as the food [main meals] when we had it previously was of a very good standard. The breakfast still remain very good though.

The hotel is near bars and restaurants but just around the corner of the busiest part and so is very quiet. It's a short walk to the BTS Sky Train which makes conveniently located. The staff is very friendly and quickly responded to questions and requests. And the breakfast was great. AC was very good and the room had a great shower.

The in room refrigerators are more coolers than refrigerators, they kept contents cool but not cold like a refrigerator would. Hangers and storage space for clothes was limited.

Location is walking distance to Soi 11 (brilliant nightlife, bars, restaurants etc), also walking distance to Nana BTS / MRT connections. Along the way there's so much to see and do, local market, shops, street sellers, and if you're able to walk further afield (as I did daily, you can walk down to Terminal 21 Shopping Complex where the Food Court food is so so cheap but great quality. Really good location. Hotel itself is fairly well maintained, on occassions housekeeping missed things but one quick call to front desk resolved this and the front desk staff were superb throughout.

The actual road that this hotel is located on is a challenge to navigate. It's a narrow two way traffic road and there's no pavement / footpath so it feels like you're dicing with death each time you wallk up / down - this isn't the hotels fault by any means, but one to be aware of, especially for those that may be less abled or struggle walking etc. It would have been better if there were more facilities in the hotel i.e swimming pool. gym / sauna, steam, and if there was a cheaper restaurant on site (the booking.com booking stated the breakfast would be £3 per day, it was more like £7 so far cheaper to eat out and about).

The room was exceptionally clean. I even went out of my way to look for a single hair—my personal test for cleanliness—and found none. The amenities were complete, leaving nothing to be desired. The cleaning staff were absolutely perfect. Highly satisfied with the stay!

As others have mentioned, there is a significant noise issue. The walls are thin, and the gap between the door and the floor allows sound to travel easily. This seems to be more of a construction issue, which affected the overall experience.

Even though it's in a busy location, the hotel is secluded and quiet. The room is comfortable and a good size. Breakfast includes the opportunity to have eggs prepared according to your preference which is a nice touch.

A couple things were a bit subpar for what I expect from a 4-star hotel: although the room was clean overall, there were a few stains and splotches here and there, and the food at breakfast was low quality (aside from the eggs which were ok).

Expect-ion : 🙂 They should make arrangements or should keep a conduit with Tour Operators inside the hotel / with firm connections so that we can get the pickup and drop off service for joining tours and private tours. More often the tour operators need us to go to their location which makes difficult in BKK traffic to reach their place on time
