Staff was super friendly. Whatever I asked them they were able to help and always nice. Even a late check out was possible. When I had issues finding a taxi driver who wouldn’t ask me for triple the price of the usually charge, they immediately helped me and found a taxi driver who was super nice and brought me to the airport without any issues. Location is perfect for all major sight seeing spots if it’s your first time in Istanbul. I walked literally everywhere and if you are tired in the evening you can go downstairs and have plenty of restaurants. Of course it’s a very touristic area so there are a lot of souvenir shops and it can get busy during the weekend but for my first time it was really great and the location was just perfect. The rooms were big enough for me, big bathroom with shower and bathtub, comfy bed, free wifi and AC. I didn’t try breakfast but it looked fine from what I saw. Just have in mind that the area can get super busy out of nowhere and then it takes ages to leave by taxi. So if you are heading to the airport always check the traffic and better to leave earlier than late. Again, you usually don’t need a car as I walked almost everywhere but when you are going to the airport it’s better to leave the hotel on time. Overall a great stay for me as a female solo traveller and I’m glad I stayed in this hotel.

The staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast variety was good. The location was very convenient. The complimentary fruit plates in the room were very welcoming and considerate.

The quality of the bed mattress and convertible sofa beds were not good or comfortable. May be they were too old and need replacement.

The hotel’s location is excellent if you plan to visit places of interest and attraction in Istanbul centre.

Best location for see Istanbul. You can walk to all distinctions within 10-15 min. Staffs are friendly and nice. Room is good and clean

This is a gem of a hotel, a great location close to trams and major attractions with a nutritious breakfast that kept us going all day. What makes this hotel special and sets it apart from others is the staff and their attention to detail, their genuine and warm interaction with guests and the feeling of being valued as a customer. Big thank you to the reception staff, bellboy (Dustin Hoffman lookalike), Sebahat and the breakfast waiter (young man with glasses) and restaurant manager who made our stay superb. We had a balcony room which was perfect.👌çok teşekkür ederim

All good. Shame it was a little too cold to stay long on the rooftop at night as it had a far reaching view of the city.

I loved that the hotel was located in district where there is so much history, excellent access to public transportation (which seems to be the case throughout Istanbul) and tasteful modernity. There is also an unmistakable laidback vibe which compels you to relax almost immediately. Breakfast was definitely a high point of my stay and so too were the staff who couldn’t be more welcoming and genuinely friendly. They say first impression counts and I couldn’t have a better first encounter than I did with Rabia; it just felt like home. Huge shout out to Berat and Ersin as well, excellent team in Reception. This has been one of my best experiences ever and cements the Hilton/ Double Tree as my go to brand whenever I travel internationally. Kudos guys!

I didn’t dislike anything.

The hotel offers good value for money. Its location is excellent as the hotel is within walking distance from key tourist attractions in and around Sultanahmet. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. There’s an excellent restaurant - Turgut Gulhane - a few meters away from the hotel, which was an added bonus. Rabia, who facilitated our check in, was polite and professional, as was Ziker who was kind enough to advise whenever we had any questions on the area we were staying in. We had been traveling for close to 24hrs when we arrived at the hotel and were relieved when Rabia assisted us with an early check in. We were grateful for the room upgrade as well. We recently had a poor experience at another Hilton hotel in a different country and were a bit hesitant to book with the Hilton again. Thankfully, we had a lovely stay and our confidence in the Hilton was restored.

We were graciously upgraded from a standard room to a suite, which we truly appreciated. The staff were accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage for a reasonable fee while we traveled to Cappadocia. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast spread was more than sufficient. Of course, the signature DoubleTree cookie at check-in was a delightful treat, as always. The location is excellent—close to major attractions and conveniently near the main transport terminal, especially the metro, which we used daily.

If I had to nitpick, the sofa bed tilted forward slightly when sitting on it, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The hot water in the shower was tricky to adjust due to a malfunctioning knob, and the toilet could have been a bit cleaner. That said, these were minor issues in an otherwise pleasant stay.

I have chosen this hotel by recommendation of my friends. This is the best 4* hotel i have ever seen. Before arriving i wrote to hotel and asked a room before 14.00 as my plane landed early in the morning. My will was satisfied and hotel provided me a room at 10 am. Additionally there was a gift for me inside. The next day was my birthday. In this connection hotel decorated my room with red and silver balloons and left cakes with written congratulations in the room. On the day of leaving the administration of hotel permitted me to leave much later than 12.00. Every day of my 4 5-days staying was full of attention and surprise. The personnel is very attentive and polite. Breakfast if fresh and “king-sized”. The room is magnificent and clean. The metro and tramway is in 2 minutes of walking, the main places of sightseeing are in 7 minutes of walking. The hotel will be my permanent place of staying in next travels to Istanbul.
