It was a good hotel for two nights. Very friendly and nice staff in the reception. Safe parking in shared parking garage with Carrefour. Garage Easy to find and 15€ per night paid through the hotel on site, elevator from garage to rooms. Carrefour next door for grocery shopping. The walk to the city was ok but almost too long. When crossing the bridge when walking from hotel to the city, do not take a left, a lot of shady people and some followed us for a bit before we could escape into the church. The right side of the bridge is very nice.

• no mini fridge or kettle • We put up the ”do not disturb” sign because we did not want cleaning of our room. The cleaning staff had entered anyways when we were away and had thrown my pyjamas on the floor in a dusty corner, that was not a nice experience.

Typical Ibis. I needed covered parking and the garage facilities were good. A short walk to the river brings you to the foot ferry which runs till about7.30 drops you off on the other side so reasonably convenient to get into the centre.. Alternatively there is a tram station 1 block away again 5 minute walk.

Very practical hotel, comfortable bed and everything very clean. You'd know it was a corporate run chain but then it is a good price and the people working there were very friendly and helpful. They even had a guitar and gameboards in the foyer so you got a slightly hostel-ish vibe, friendly and safe. Some of the streets in the immediate area had a bit of an edge but it is a big city and we just stared clear of those places. Handy in that it is right next door to a supermarket and a ten minute walk across the bridge to the older downtown, and very near the 'Stalingrad' tram stop for the aeroport etc. Some city to visit, gorgeous.

Good quality price, considering the location - there is a tram directly to the airport. The bed was not comfortable. We had a room with 2 beds and they were very thin. The dishes, mugs and the cutlery were very dirty. Every day we had to pick the clean ones and it was a difficult task. When we complained, they not even said they were sorry. We had other guests coming to us saying “yes, they are all dirty”. Horrible.

The hotel is located at walking distance from the city centre (15-20 min). The room is cozy and the bed is very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is delicious and is served from early morning, which is a real plus for early risers. The staff is extremely efficient and so welcoming making us feel at home. We definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back one day

Nothing to complain about

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel. Short walk to the tram stop and lots of restaurants and pubs Parking is in an underground car park and has a height restriction. I was travelling in a van and didn’t know this when I booked. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Did book through booking.com

Nice hotel, close to the tram and the university. Non-assuming rooms with essentially everything you need. Liked the calm area around the hotel, with some shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. Staff were great and very helpful. Also nice that there's a large seating area with a bar to have a drink or some food on the ground floor. Breakfast also nice. Altogether, we really enjoyed our stay.

The room could have used a safe and fridge. It's not the hotel's fault, but the tap water is absolutely undrinkable because of chlorine taste. Buy some bottles of water!

Good location with a tram linking to the city center and the airport. Quiet neighborhood. Clean, comfortable room, and a bed with nice mattress.

We had problems several days in the room with the keycards not working (but the front office staff fixed it promptly). The rooms are not very large. The bathroom door was very noisy to open and close, which was a problem at night!

Service was great, extensive and very good breakfast, great room with nice beds and comfortable bathroom. Staff was lovely. Location was perfect in a nice calm area of the city a few minutes from the Garonne. Hotel located on walking distance from trendy hot spots at the Garonne. And the nearby transport possibilities (tram, boot taxi) took us in in instant to other lovely sites of the city on the other side of the Garonne. Parking facility of the hotel is a huge benefit.

More English speaking channels on tv, I'm Irish so couldn't watch the French speaking channels. Also would like separate shampoo and conditioner but carrefour 1 min walk away so got over that problem. An iron would also be useful. Air conditioning can be adjusted so not an issue at all
