It was a good hotel for two nights. Very friendly and nice staff in the reception. Safe parking in shared parking garage with Carrefour. Garage Easy to find and 15€ per night paid through the hotel on site, elevator from garage to rooms. Carrefour next door for grocery shopping. The walk to the city was ok but almost too long. When crossing the bridge when walking from hotel to the city, do not take a left, a lot of shady people and some followed us for a bit before we could escape into the church. The right side of the bridge is very nice.

• no mini fridge or kettle • We put up the ”do not disturb” sign because we did not want cleaning of our room. The cleaning staff had entered anyways when we were away and had thrown my pyjamas on the floor in a dusty corner, that was not a nice experience.

Typical Ibis. I needed covered parking and the garage facilities were good. A short walk to the river brings you to the foot ferry which runs till about7.30 drops you off on the other side so reasonably convenient to get into the centre.. Alternatively there is a tram station 1 block away again 5 minute walk.

The check in was easy, the room was adequate and clean. The breakfast was more than adequate. We stayed three nights. The area was quiet and mostly locals in this area which was one of the things we liked about it.. this hotel is situated across the river from Old Town Bordeaux so you either take the tram or walk across the bridge. We liked this side as it was quiet, local and a lot of younger folks and families.

No complaints at all. It was all just fine.

Location was excellent 15 min walk across a min bridge and into Bordeaux central. Secure payable parking immediately next door. Dog friendly - even leaving water and treats at dog station in reception. Breakfast - plenty of choice. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very relaxed informal feel .

If I had to comment for improvement: Carpet a little shabby in small areas but I wouldn’t let this stop me staying here - all the other benefits out way this small issue - the hotel was very clean.

Very practical hotel, comfortable bed and everything very clean. You'd know it was a corporate run chain but then it is a good price and the people working there were very friendly and helpful. They even had a guitar and gameboards in the foyer so you got a slightly hostel-ish vibe, friendly and safe. Some of the streets in the immediate area had a bit of an edge but it is a big city and we just stared clear of those places. Handy in that it is right next door to a supermarket and a ten minute walk across the bridge to the older downtown, and very near the 'Stalingrad' tram stop for the aeroport etc. Some city to visit, gorgeous.

The rooms were clean, and the hotel was smart in reception. The staff were very friendly. The parking was available and easy to find - 17 euro fee. That it is pet friendly. The location is great I terms of being next to a large Carrefour and a boulangerie but a 15 minute walk to the centre across the bridge.

The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were terrible. Unfortunately, that meant we didn't have a great night's sleep.

Good quality price, considering the location - there is a tram directly to the airport. The bed was not comfortable. We had a room with 2 beds and they were very thin. The dishes, mugs and the cutlery were very dirty. Every day we had to pick the clean ones and it was a difficult task. When we complained, they not even said they were sorry. We had other guests coming to us saying “yes, they are all dirty”. Horrible.

Good sized comfortable room with nice amenities and facilities. The location was good on the right bank of the river, easy public transport access to the centre of Bordeaux. Breakfast spread was pretty good also.

Air conditioning wasn't particularly good, but the weather was 40C so it's not too unreasonable for the system to struggle a bit.

The hotel is located at walking distance from the city centre (15-20 min). The room is cozy and the bed is very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is delicious and is served from early morning, which is a real plus for early risers. The staff is extremely efficient and so welcoming making us feel at home. We definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back one day

Parking fee ! Hadn’t checked out yet our room was cleaned and the maid took our toothbrush and toothpaste. I asked her as she was cleaning next door and she denied taking them!!! I complained to reception and all of a sudden she appeared with them!!! I am glad we had packed our valuables in the car!!
