Functional, clean, great part of Bordeaux (Bastide, near the river), relaxed atmosphere, very friendly - the room was super (comfort class), great bathroom too.

The free WiFi was useless in the block we were in (nextdoor to the main checkin) together with poor 5G. However in main reception block it was great. A kettle, cups/glasses & hairdryer would have been nice to have - although there is a kitchen in the main block. Shower floor is very slippy - needs a grip put in.

All Staff were very friendly and professional. Very clean and quiet. Onsite bar/cafe/resturant. Supermarket close by. Bus and Tram stop - easy tram ride into city centre (can walk too). One cheap tram between hotel and airport. Bordeaux itself - clean, friendly, excellent food and drink, museums, shopping, easy transport, sight-seeing. Recommend 'CityPass' - covers tram/bus/boat travel, museums and tours. Cite de vin musuem with the food hall across the road, definately worth a visit - bus takes 12 minutes from outside hotel. Overall - had a great stay.

Breakfast was perfect! Fresh and warm croissants and pain chocolat, two types of ham, 2 types of cheese, 2 types of bread, 2 types of juice, fruits and iogurt, coffee and milk (vegetal option as well), eggs to cook. The restaurant of the hotel is called FRENCH KISS and they serve lunch and dinner as well. Sometimes they have live music during dinner time and special deals for the hotel customers.

The only thing that was really annoying was the shower. I don't know why the water was alternating from TOO HOT and TOO COLD every 3 seconds. Considering that the weather was really hot, we could manage, but maybe some people couldn't.

Although my last stay was less than four months ago, a lot had changed because the hotel had expanded. The hotel's restaurant where the good breakfast is served is now located in the new building on Avenue Abadie. The hall-like room in the old building, which previously served as a restaurant and reception area, now houses only the hotel reception. Instead of being in the main building, my brand-new room was a few meters away on the ground floor of a parallel building. The large window was equipped with shutters and looked out onto a small, unspectacular alley. The room had functioning air conditioning which I didn’t needed at that time. The lack of air conditioning in the previous building had been criticized in many reviews. In addition, the room was more spacious, measuring an estimated 15 square meters, and had a bathroom separated by a real door, not a sliding door. The bathroom was small but functional. The hotel's eco-friendly approach was appealing to me. The secure-looking environment is reminiscent of a technology park and is located not far from a police station. The price was quite reasonable for France. It is perhaps one of the best choices in Bordeaux in the mid-price range.

Unfortunately, the soundproofing was worse than in the previous building, so noise from the neighboring rooms could be heard. The city centre of Bordeaux (2 km) and the main train station, Gare Saint-Jean (3 km), are a walk or a tram ride away over the Pont de Pierre bridge.

The room was a place to rest our heads, and since it was clean and the bed was comfortable, this wasn't an issue. Although this side of town seems a little out of the way, in fact, it is easy access to amazing botanical gardens, the river, and great bars and restaurants. The staff were also really helpful with where I could park for a minimal fee.

I had to be VERY creative about where to put the dog. Maybe they thought he would sleep on the bed with me? (Not that kind of owner and "Ew! David" for the next guest...). I did say a medium-sized dog, and I can't help wondering what they would have done if he were a Great Dane or a Burmese Mountain Dog???

It was a clean hotel, with soundproof rooms (or at least we did not hear our neighbours) and quite comfortable for its price. Very convenient location with walking distance from the supermarket and tram for airport.

But unfortunately there was no soap near the sink ( by design) and it was very uncomfortable to open the shower cabin every time in order to take a soap to wash hands. There was no hairdryer which in my opinion is base even so the idea of the hotel is minimalism and eco friendliness. Too many emails were sent which was distracting.

The room was on the second floor of a fairly new concrete building situated in a safe kind of technology park area. It was quiet at night. The only window, which looked out onto an alley, could be completely darkened. The bathroom was small but functional. The spacious hotel entrance area doubled as a restaurant. A good breakfast was also served there. There was a friendly international guest scene. The hotel's eco-friendly approach was appealing to me. The price was quite reasonable for France. It is perhaps one of the best choices in Bordeaux in the mid-price range.

The room was not overly spacious, measuring 2.87 metres in length, 2.50 metres in width and 2.25 metres in height. It was therefore similar in size to F1 hotels, but with more elegant furnishings. Small hotel rooms are quite common in France due to high property prices. The city centre of Bordeaux (2 km) and the main train station, Gare Saint-Jean (3 km), are a walk away over the Pont de Pierre bridge.

The proximity to the city ! Breakfast was of very good quality!

Rather dirty place especially stairs and floor! Also old warn towels ! No paper glass to drink water. No small fridge! No hair dryer ! No water heater to make tea !also no heating at night! Too much noise from the Aircondition ! Finally too many restrictions and directions from labels in the room and the staff! Lack of confidence and communication!

The location is great: 30 min walk to city center; 4 min walk to tram (the tram goes straight to airport and city center); good pressure water; big reception area; good wifi. Cleaning and towels change- after 3 days. After booking, they charge you a deposit (55 euro in my case) that is returned a few hours after check out. Max 5 min walk to carrefour and a bakery next to it.

The room is extremely small; no place to put clothes; no place to put your stuff in the bathroom;

The staff was really friendly and helpful with our accommodation, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s a great value-for-money option — clean, comfortable, and well-located for exploring the city. Would definitely recommend it for budget-conscious travelers

The rooms are quite small and lack basic furniture like a wardrobe or drawers to store your clothes. There’s also no fridge in the room, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. Still, it’s a solid choice for budget-friendly trips.
