The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable. The location was ideal for us.

On our road trip we stayed in a few hotels. Most of them had facilities to make a hot drink in the room though all only gave one tea bag. This hotel was no different. When ever we can we prefer to take the stairs opposed to the lift, for there same reason we don’t look to park as close as we can to the entrance door, we like to keep our limbs moving. The stairs at this hotel we’re not so inviting as they rest of the Hotel, rough concrete to walk on, At the bottom it was confusing with a number of doors to choose from, my first choice was not the door to reception!

We stayed at KYRIAD for two nights, and the staff were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond our expectations, Alexis gets a special mention. KYRIAD your staff are truly the greatest asset of your hotel. Despite the hotel being extremely busy during our stay, the service was impeccable. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The car park was easy to find, and it's a seven-minute drive from town, the location was convenient. We'd happily stay here again!

One minor annoyance was the shooting range nearby, with constant blasts from 8:30am to 5:30pm, but since we were out most of the day, it wasn’t a big issue. The staff made up for this as stated before.

Very nice, modern hotel. Tea making facilities in the room. Comfortable bed. Great shower! Parking outside the entrance. Helpful staff. Restaurant.

Nothing not to like for this price, it's not very cheap but it feels much better than a budget hotel. It's in a spread out industrial area and not near the centre of Chartres so you would need to drive into the centre but for an overnight stopover it's fine.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff polite.

We chose the hotel because it has a restaurant on site and the restaurant has a pleasant environment. However, the service was slow at times and the staff appeared disorganised. Is there a system of whom serves what tables? Reminders needed to be given. Listening to conversations with other diners, staff spent a lot of time apologising for delays. Either the Chef and staff are slow, or additional waiting staff are required.

A good quiet location with a lot of improvements happening by the new Manager Alexandre. The reception looks amazing now with the lovely new decor and the lift looks much better not so garish. The food was very good but unfortunately I had a stomach bug so couldn’t get the benefit of the delicious food this time. I did have the pumpkin soup which was superb.

The only thing I think could be improved is the lighting in the bathroom as it’s quite dull apart from that it’s all good and will only get better with all the improvements to look forward to in the future.

Great location. A very clean hotel with lovely staff.

We booked this hotel as it had a restaurant however the restaurant was closed due to staff holidays- in August! It seems strange that a hotel is lacking a restaurant due to holidays in the high season. We were given a disabled room with a toilet so high my feet were a good 40cm off the floor when I was using it- I will definitely specify not a disabled room next time.

We have stayed here many times on our way to and from Spain but were concerned as the review rating had dropped. However it was really excellent and no cause for concern. It is under new management and such a great improvement with lots more good changes to look forward to. We like the location as it’s quiet and easy to find. The price is also good and the dinner and breakfast was delicious and all good value for money. The staff were super friendly and welcoming especially Alexia in the restaurant, Philippe and of course the new Director Alexander. We shall definitely return and would highly recommend it.

There is nothing to dislike. We had a couple of light bulbs not working and they were changed immediately.

The bed and bedroom was large and comfortable. Extra pillows to hand. Dining room and bar looked good and the decor throughout was pleasant. We were very tired after many hours driving and arrived late. Claremont at the desk was helpful and kindly got us a teapot and cups for a much needed cup of tea. We also loved the fact it is pet friendly .We left feeling refreshed and will use this hotel again.

Paper cups in the room although biodegradable and planet friendly, are not great to make tea or coffee.

Helpful friendly staff. Excellent dinner.

No option for a thinner duvet. As the hotel is heated a thick winter duvet is way too much. Thinner ones and blankets would be much better. The scrambled eggs at breakfast had run out at about 8.50 and I was told there was no more available.

Great car parking and even though the restaurant was a closed during our stay Jean Paul was great at organising a meal for us, he was so helpful and friendly

maybe an email advising in advance that the restaurant was going to be closed while during our stay so we could have maybe had a meal in advance.
