The room was bigger than the usual B&B hotels where we've been before. It was clean and comfortable. The reception kept me updated with my booking and sent me the room number and the access code before our arrival. The breakfast was good and tasty. We liked also the secured parking. I'll book again the B&B Hotels, because I know what to expect from the chain.

The wifi was very poor and I could not connect my laptop. We had only 1 towel per person for all the purposes, face, hands and body. It is not hygenic to use the same towel for feet and face... The hotel is advertised as 2*, but unfortunately this chain B&B has not ever changed his policy regarding the towels.

Very friendly and kind staff. Excellent breakfast, actually vert pleasant surprise, with hot dishes and a wide variety, that is not typical for 2 stars hotels. Quite comfortable beds and pillows. Calm area, location not very central but conveniently located close to the main road and in a proximity to the main sightseeing sites of Chartres. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay.

Room and bathroom quite small, due to this I hurted my hand. The wall of the bath not long enough in order to avoid flooding on floor. The hairdryer in th ebathroom would be nice.

We wrte allocated a disabled room on the 3rd floor which was spacious and ideal for us with 2 dogs. Although bed was comfortable giving us an excellent night's sleep we were woken just after 6am by a delivery lorry immediately below our window, which was a shame. Our stay included breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyed setting us up for our journey that day. Staff were friendly and helpful and communication in advance of our arrival was excellent. We look forward to staying again.

More pillows would have been good and the bed was only made up for 1 person but otherwise very happy

Great welcome and check in. I received the room information via mail, and we could directly go to our rooms. Also great tip to visit city centre of Chatres for dinged and to enjoy the light show at the cathedral. We also loved the breakfast and the lady at the counter was very patient and friendly, she even spoke Dutch to us.

Some stains under the sink of both rooms. We stayed at rooms 2 and 4 on the ground floor.

The staff, especially Thomas, was great. The hotel is clean and updated. Breakfast was perfect. Close to city and parking for both hotel and visit to Cathedral were easy. Enjoyed dinner at Cafe Bleu. Good stop right off motor way.

We would have liked more pillows in the room, at least 2 pillows per person. Also more toilet paper and hand towels in the bathroom. Air flow from air conditioner was ok. We had the fan on the highest setting and with the window closed , it could be better or install add a fan as it can get a little stuffy, but we thought these were easy minor changes. We would recommend.

Well organised

Crept down for hot drink at 3.50 am but saw no cup at coffee dispenser. Just at point of returning to room for cup when a member of staff happened to emerge at same time to explain cup descends automatically. Returned to secure private room and comfortable bed (can I buy one and how much?) with hot drink.

I didn’t actually book breakfast with our room as I didn’t think we would need it, but when we came down in the morning of our checkouts, the very kind lady at reception offered us breakfast anyway, it was a continental buffet style breakfast, and even though I had not booked it, we were given breakfast along with a 10% discount because we had stayed overnight in the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with fresh scrambled eggs, fresh bacon and an absolute mountain of cheese and ham is we could not have been happier with the breakfast. It was absolutely

Nothing we were totally happy with our stay the location, style and cleanliness of the building were absolutely exceptional

Great modern hotel. Quick and easy check in, given a code for the room instead of a key/card. Lots of free parking outside. Dog friendly and no extra charges for the dogs. Good location for travelling through France.

No food available in the evening but the receptionist was very helpful and directed us to local takeaways. Could have done with more than one pillow each but that's just personal preference.

The room was spotless. Breakfast was lovely and replenished as needed. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Parking easy and the hotel was quiet and situated in a quiet location. Plenty to do nearby with shops and restaurants.

The beds were very hard!

The hotel is in a business park on the edge of Chatres. It has secure parking. We stayed on Bastille Day, which fell on a Sunday, because of that the cafe was shut, however they could sell us drinks at reception, and there was seating on a little terrace where we ate a picnic. Breakfast was buffet style and reasonably priced.
