The hotel was clean, welcoming and heartwarming. Well designed for families. The staff was friendly. We liked very much the lobby, which felt like home. We liked the spacy rooms.

We had to wait during breakfast and for checkout because there was only one staff tending for the breakfast room, the checkout/reception and the rooms cleaning organisation. This doesn't seem compatible with keeping a smile on the staff face.

The lady at reception was helpful and told me what I needed to know about local supermarket opening times, as well as the details of the hotel and operating, such as codes, access, times and out of hours contacts. The parking area had CCTV. Lots of local options for food which were all within walking distance. I'd recommend this to anyone passing through the area. I didn't use the Wifi so can't comment.

The air conditioning didn't work at all and looked like it hadn't worked for a while. It was pretty hot weather when we arrived, and coupled up with a smallish room, this was the only thing we were unhappy with. We are booking again in a months time. I really hope the air conditioning is working this time.

Exactly what we needed - clean and tidy, close to the motorway and a very good, lots of choice continental breakfast. This isn’t a leisure or luxury hotel - but perfect for a stop over when travelling. Especially impressed with the free and unlimited use of the water machine - both sparkling and still chilled water on tap to fill our own bottles with. Very useful for our onward journey.

Smallest criticism would be to have more pillows please.

Good little hotel for a stop over. Staff were so lovely & helpful. Bed was very comfortable & shower pressure was great.

Bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner & the pillows were very flat but we should have ask for another one & didn’t so that’s our fault.

we got exactly what we were looking for, accommodation for one night. nice hotel, with a large parking lot, close to the highway, in a quiet location. the room was clean and just the right size for a family of three. I recommend

A great hotel for a night's stopover just off the main route with parking. Clean, comfortable bed and great shower. Staff extremely pleasant. Will definitely stay again.

The rooms could do with a light in the doorway as it was a bit dark
