Phenomenal location for being able to walk to the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay and many other historical sites. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was especially exceptional, with delightful, personalized service right-down to having items cooked to order! Intimate lobby bar was a great place to meet other guests and enjoy some fine French wine. Remodeled rooms were superbly decorated, giving guests an experience of living in a grand French chateau, rather than a hotel room.

Parking is challenging in this section of Paris. Even for dropoffs and pick-ups to/from the hotel, cars, taxis and Ubers would have to block traffic. A single "loading zone" for the hotel would have been great.

We stayed at the hotel for a few days in April — it was a wonderful experience! The hotel has a perfect location — right in the heart of Paris, near the Musée d'Orsay and the Seine. At the same time, the street it's on is quiet and peaceful, so we slept very well after our busy days. A special thank you to the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and just genuinely warm-hearted people. A big thank you to Maksym for his care and support — it truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was charming and quite spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was clean, the room was cleaned daily, towels were changed as needed, and there were bathrobes and slippers. Taking a bath with salts after a long day of walking around Paris was a real pleasure. Thank you! We’ll definitely be back!

The staff were exceedingly helpful with procuring assistance; i.e. taxis, etc.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Helped us with a lot, evening made restaurant bookings on our behalf ahead of arriving in Paris. Our room was very clean and bed very comfy. Felt roomier than I was expecting for a Paris hotel room. Loved having the bath in the main room, felt quite luxurious! Decor quite unusual and quirky! Lovely to enter the property - looks and smells lovely, feels relaxing and welcoming and upmarket. Check in and check out super quick and easy. Staff very accommodating with holding our bags on check out day so we could explore more freely.

Super small piece of feedback but a little biscuit or Madeleine or similar on the tea tray in the room would be a nice touch.

Check in was excellent and one of our two rooms was ready well before the normal check in time. Staff was always very helpful, to include with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were well maintained and serviced. The location was excellent and allowed us to walk or take the hop on/hop off bus to most of our destinations. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful.

Only one issue, and it's understandable. When we arrived and got off the elevator, the hallway was dark and we had to step over/around the cleaning cart, buckets and vacuum cleaner to get to the rooms and through the door. In fairness, the staff was cleaning at the time and hallway space is limited - but it's not the first thing a traveler should see when they get off the elevator to their rooms. I would point out that we arrived early and were able to check in before the normal check-in time, so this is understandable because it's when staff are servicing the rooms.

Steps from the d'Orsay museum, literally. Many museums such as Louvre, d'Orangerie, Rodin, Maillol, Invalides, etc. are all within walking distance.

Paris can be noisy anytime of the year, but Bellechasse was an oasis in the 7th arrond. Close to 2 Metros and walking distance to Musee D'orsay, Invalides, and Musee Rodin. Also you could walk across the Seine to the Place de la Concorde and the Tuileries Garden. The 2 young ladies at the reception were terrific. Friendly and helpful; just the best! Even arranged for us to switch to a room with a bath tub. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did not eat breakfast, but ducked around the corner to a cafe. Nor did we have a drink at their bar.

No complaints. We have been to Paris over 50 times. Some stays better than others. This was a good one.

The central location of the hotel with walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants and cafes and museums at your doorstep, the cleanliness of the room and the right amount of wardrobe space and I thought the unique space saving underneath the king size bed for storing our luggage was a great noticeable touch. We enjoyed the room service and food was delicious as well.
