Super clean, quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Every member of staff made us feel welcome with a smile and they all provided great service. I decided to pay for an extra option that the hotel proposed in a message they sent after booking: they brought champagne and flowers to the room before our arrival, and the bouquet was spectacular and the champagne was great. I was very impressed by the cleaning staff who took the time to make our towels into swan shapes, so nice. The minibar fridge was nice to have, and good chocolate was free. Breakfast was good, a better selection of foods than you'd find in the neighborhood. The location was close to everything with magnificent stores and restaurants all around.

Only the premium rooms have a coffee machine. I would have liked even a simple one in my room. Instant coffee and tea were offered in the room, as described. A noise from the heater kept my daughter awake one night, but a repair person fixed it immediately.

Nice clean room...not going to rate size because every room in Paris seems to be small. Everything worked.Air con was excellent and badly needed as it was 36 degrees outside. Great location and staff very friendly.

It didn't affect us as we had only two rucksacks but I would not like to have any suitcases as the lift barely fit me and my partner with our small rucksacks so be aware you might have a few runs to do if you have a lot of luggage.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location close to many sights, next to La Fayette. The staff is extremely friendly, the room is small but has everything we need. Free water, coffee and biscuits every day. Cleanliness at a high level. Highly recommended

The location is great. Breakfast is not excellent but meet the regular expactations. Room is nice and clean. Staff is amazing! I would love to stay in this property again.

Hotel is super close to metro, opera and galerie Lafayette, very close to main attractions. Personnel is very professional, helpful and kind. Room was very comfortable with a view to the city and with small balcony that was a super nice add-on helping to enjoy the stay and asses temperature outside in the morning. Bathroom was clean and had all what was needed. Super helpful was possibility to rent mobile hotspot that was allowing to use internet outside the hotel - it was very useful! I really liked staying in this hotel

Perfect location, spacious room for Paris, decent breakfast, our questions were promptly answered, before and during our stay. Top point the hotel staff.

The accommodation should be rated 4 stars. The facilities need some renovations. But in my opinion, a hotel should be rated according to the whole concept of "hospitality". The staff more than makes up for the one star that should be missing. Hospitality is the "key" offered. The efforts of all individuals at all posts is something one would expect from all hotels, expensive or cheap, around the world.

My wife's phone was stolen in Paris. There was no contact with her. She was very well received at the hotel. It was always possible to contact her by phone and by email. In particular, Akhmat from staff showed great hospitality and demonstrated the hotel's customer focus. The other employees of the hotel did the same. The location is excellent, the price and quality are much higher than hotels of the same class. We are grateful, we recommend staying here.

There is a 24h reception to help and the staff is very friendly and trying to help me to for my issues. The room is clean and soundproof to ensure the sleep quality. Location is absolutely great. 5mins walk to the underground lines and 3mins to the Lafayette department store.

The room is a little small. Elevator is down during my stay and all guests need to walk with luggage thru the stairs. Thanks for the staff on helping to move the luggage.
