Staff were super kind and nice.

Fabulous location. Very close to the Metro, lots of cafes, shopping and many historical and cultural sites within walking distance. Friendly staff. Given how busy the area was the hotel was relatively quiet.

Typical of Paris hotels our room was small. However the layout of our particular room was somewhat difficult. There were 2 of us and we only had carryon luggage. We had to store 1 piece of luggage in the bathroom and moving around the room was a coordination dance. Our other family members had a much better room layout.

The room was clean and pretty spacious by Parisian standards. A small elevator is available to help you and your baggage get up to your room. Outside there are many boutiques, restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. A 1-minute walk to the Saint-Paul metro makes it easy to get around town. On the days I didn’t feel like heavily site seeing around the city, there was plenty to do and explore right outside the door. The central location made for a very restful stay as I didn’t feel rushed, and inside it is very quiet. The room also has blackout curtains so it’s easy to get some sleep when needed. The staff and housekeeper I interacted with were all very nice! You can come and go as you please, without having to check in the key at the reception like some other hotels in Paris I’ve been to. I would recommend this place to others!

The staff was super friendly and the location was very convenient. Pretty good value for the price. We got upgraded to a room with a bathtub which was nice, and we had an inner room facing a courtyard with gorgeous windows that opened all the way to let in light and fresh air!

The room was a bit cramped with two suitcases, and the lift was small so we had to take separate trips to our room with our luggage, nothing super inconvenient though! We lost power in our room one evening while my partner was in the shower, but they were able to fix it pretty quickly.

A beautiful small hotel in an excellent location. The rooms were a good size by Paris standards, well appointed, the air conditioning was cool on very hot days. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Due to loss of passports and credit cards this stay was a late booking, as we had to arrange emergency passports, the staff were very sympathetic in understanding that we did not know how long we would need to stay. Luckily we only needed one night but we would have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel.

The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. The room was cleaned to perfection everyday. There was coffee making facilities and often chocolates and sweets available to the guests in the hotel foyer. It is located close to Rue de Rivoli which a main road leading to many of the attractions in Paris this made walking to my destinations easier.

The dark walls in the room and the shower door that opened inwards. If you dropped anything on the very colourful carpet it was lost forever. 😂

Really enjoyed our stay and time in Paris. Room was small and simple but perfect for 2! We had the simple deluxe with a view of the “garden”. We didn’t spend much time in the room anyway but was very clean and stocked with Rituals toiletries and a kettle with basic tea/coffee. We arrived early in the morning but was only able to check in at 2.30pm, they did offer to store our luggage at reception. We skipped the hotel breakfast add on (very basic cereal etc)- we wanted the option to explore local cuisines and Great location. We walked lots! Hotel is very close to St Paul’s station and the trains are very easy to navigate. As a gluten free traveller I was amazed at the selection of GF restaurants and bakeries in Paris. A favourite of ours was Copains - 10 min walk from the hotel!

The rooms are quite compact. I didn’t like how you had to pay to use the Nespresso machine in the hotel. Breakfast was very basic

I will be a returning customer here in the future. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. Location is very safe, just across from the metro station, so very easy to get around to the popular monuments from here. The general area is great restraunts nearby stay open late however the hotel is tucked in a quiet street so you get the best of both. Room was very clean and spacious, appreciated the elevator for luggage. Staff was exceptional everyone was so friendly and made us feel very welcomed, greeted us everytime and even helped us with transporation accomodations the day we checked out & held our luggage for us till we returned to pick it up in the late afternoon for our flight.

Hey, this is Marais, folks, for me, the best location in the city. Super nice, bike friendly, not noisy, things to do, nice restaurants around. The hotel is simple but also simply nice. The rooms are small, buteverything is rather new/renovated. The yard is quiet, so you can sleep very well. Super friendly staff. Nice building and street as well. I will return

Only thing were my noisy neighbours on the floor in the morning - that morning where I could have slept in (which, for me is 8:00), the neighbours were up at 6:30 and noisy. Nothing ado with the hotel, they are super!

Location cannot be beat, right in the heart of the Marais and steps from the Saint-Paul metro stop—yet also just removed from the main streets to be super quiet. The room was very spacious (not typical in Paris), with a powerful shower, great wifi, and air conditioning that kept me cool amid a major heat wave. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

At this price point (and I know Paris isn't cheap), it would have been nice if morning coffee were fully included.
