Our stay at this exceptional hotel in Paris was nothing short of extraordinary. The buffet breakfast was superb. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring our spacious room was always pristine and inviting. Although we are not heavy coffee drinkers, we appreciated that the pods were restocked every time they were used. The hotel's central location was ideal, placing us within easy reach of Paris's iconic landmarks and vibrant neighborhoods. Combined with the spacious and comfortable accommodations, this hotel provided a perfect base for exploring the city. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the impeccable service and amenities offered, making our stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris!

Given the hotel's amazing location, we would have preferred if it had an in-house restaurant but no big deal as there are plenty of restaurants around (book ahead).

It was nice and cosy and best part was the location, its a few minutes walk to main street. Old property but very well kept. The room looked and felt bigger with a huge washroom. There was little problem with the flush which was attended to immediately. Only thing is there is no restaurant but breakfast is served and room service is available. Not too many in terms of staff but they are very efficient and helpful. Old but not run down very well kept and clean

Location was perfect. Close to champs Elysee as well as the metro. We stayed in a Deluxe Room. Bed was really comfortable and room was spacious. Loved being able to open big window doors onto the street. Breakfast was delicious. Freshly baked croissants and bread and perfect scrambled eggs.

We were on the 1st floor. Was a little noisy on Friday night - busy area, but not a major issue.

the room wasn't ready when we arrived so we were given an alterntive at a bit cheaper price and moved the next day. but then when we were moved the room didn't seem as well laid out and only 2 of the 3 beds were set up with only 2 towels for 3 people.. A quick visit to reception sorted it but we had to get out before a certain time in the evening so houskeeping could finish the room.

If you are looking for a hotel in center of shopping, near Champ Elysees and restaurants with good hospitality service, this is the place for you. I stayed in room 37-spacious, large bathroom, comfort bed. Breakfast is variety with choices of hot sausage, bacon and egg. Don’t worry about the stairs. The hotel itself provides elevator for your convenience.

The standard room may not fit for large luggage so you need to book larger room.

From the moment we walked into this property, we loved it! The reception staff were also very lovely and accommodating. We booked the Junior Suite and were very impressed; the room was much bigger in person compared to the photos! The toilet was also separate to the bathroom and which is a plus. The location was also fantastic; about a 20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and a beautiful walk also! Would definitely stay again/recommend.

Great location and a really good sized room. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They have recently refurbished the breakfast area and it’s really lovely.

The front reception area is currently being replaced which makes the public lobby area very small but the excellent friendly staff more than make up for this small inconvenience and we can’t wait to see it when the work is completed.

Hotel is in a terrific location- about a 5 minute walk from multiple Metro stations and the Champs. Numerous cafes are within a few minutes walk as well. Room was very nice sized and included a nice little corner balcony with nice city/street views.

Room has a little bit of age on it, and in need of some touch ups . . . bathroom has one of those somewhat risky entry elevated bathtubs, with a partial glass door that allows a waterfall onto the floor. Price seemed a little higher than I thought it should have been, but it was during the middle of the Rugby World Cup!

Hotel was lovely, clean and just like the photos, staff very helpful, location was great.

The room service menu said room service was available until 11pm, we tried to order at 10.45pm but was told that the kitchen was closed so we couldn't get anything, only a fruit platter and cold meats, but we had planned a meal so was hungry going to bed. This was the only negative of our stay.

Central to boutique streets, good restaurants, bars and shopping street. Bath toilet was renovated and love their shampoo and shower products - vegan and organic friendly. Housekeeping staffs were good.

Room was quite small but I guess it’s common for most Paris hotels.
