We were upgraded to a Junior Suite on the 5th floor and this room is amazing if you’re traveling with a kid!! Nice sized fold out bed with a door as an option in between the spaces which is so great to let them fall asleep earlier. The bathroom has a separate bathtub & full sized shower, bathrobes, and slippers which is SO nice to unwind at the end of the day. Treetop and beautiful city views on both sides. Tons of closet space! This hotel has nice touches all around that make your stay comfortable like spa water at the front desk and a very high quality breakfast spread. This location felt very safe, quiet, and super close to the metro. We loved our stay!!

It is a small boutique hotel in Montmarte, very close to the Raspail metro line 4, so very easy to get to. The area is very quiet, safe and clean. There are cafes, shops and it is walking distance to the River and other main sights . The 24 hr front desk, manned by very helpful and efficient staff made the stay a great one. We had a small but comfortable room with an en suite bathroom and tea and coffee making facility and tv. It was quiet and comfortable .

We had a very limited vegan choice at breakfast and there is need for some decoration to scuffed paintwork in the bedrooms, hall and stairways. The front of the hotel is very dark at night and not lit enough, the stairways are also quiet dark and the exit from elevator onto stairwell very narrow.

My family and I stayed there for one night this past week. We have two small children, and the hotel staff was super kind to all of us, and especially with them. The hotel itself is very cute and welcoming; the rooms are small (please consider carefully if you are on the larger or taller side and sharing a bed with someone) but very well appointed and decorated. We enjoyed our stay are very appreciative of the wonderful staff who were super helpful in giving us suggestions on where to eat, shop, and how to get places. Would definitely stay there again. We had two rooms for four people, with one queen bed each.

The shower stall itself is exceptionally tiny, making it difficult to maneuver even for myself (a 5'1 height woman) - but other than that the bath products, the thoughtful touches including water carafe in the room and welcome note in the hotel room itself were super cute.

Housekeeping let down in many ways: 1. I found some large crumbles in the carpet on the first day, hoping it will be vaccines the next day, didn’t. I ended up put them to the bin with my hands myself. I am allergic to dust, really let down. 2. didn’t change my drinking glass during my 4 days stay, unbelievable!! 3. only give me a bottle of water on day 1, no replenish afterwards, disappointed! 4. after finished the 2 coffee pods, no replenishing, it was only my day 2, what kind of housekeeping service is that. 5. Pillows are poor quality, didn’t give any support to my neck. I have never had problems with pillows in any hotels I stayed before. please upgrade your pillows and improve in housekeeping then you will have 10 stars.

Very nice decor in the rooms, clean, comfortable. I’m not sure why people don’t like the size of the rooms, I think as a European these are standard sizes - it was big enough for us. The location was perfect too. The Eiffel Tower is about a 30 min walk but a very short train ride. Everything else is easy to get to by train. I preferred this area as it felt safe but less full of tourists than Monmartre.

A little noisy road but not enough to disturb sleep. The lift is very small but fine if you don’t have much luggage. One slight thing that could have been better was that we opted to not have our room cleaned for 2 nights to help save the environment (in exchange for a free cocktail - great initiative!) however our tea/coffee/toilet paper was not replaced either which was a shame.

The property was excellent value considering the Olympics. It is located 2 mins from Raspail Metro (lines 4 and 6) and less than 10 mins from Port Royal and other RER stations, so whilst it is in the southern part of Paris, you have excellent access to the centre and all areas (Gare du Nord is a direct line, less than 20 mins). Being in the south it is peaceful and quiet, big wide tree-lined avenues, but there are plenty of bars and cafes (and a convenience store) on the road behind the hotel, a nice bakery and few doors down - everything you need within 3 mins walk. The hotel itself is small but the staff are so attentive - I had a couple of problems like connecting to the wi-fi and they went above and beyond to help fix it. I accidentally broke a borrowed umbrella and they shrugged it off, and when I was in a rush checking out they waved a small bill on my room - just lovely people who really seem to care about making guests welcome. All Parisian hotel rooms are on the small side, but our twin deluxe was all we needed.

There was a slight hum from the extractor fan at night, and a fridge in the room would have saved money on making lunches, but staff happily stored food for us in their fridge downstairs. Exiting the small lift onto a curving staircase could be a bit risky with heavy luggage.

I liked the location, near the metro station and other means of transport. Nearby you can find shops and restaurants/bars. Also, it is located in a quiet area of the city in which I felt safe. Even though the room was tiny, it was very nice decorated, it was very tidy, and the bed&sheets were extremely comfortable.

The elevator stops in between floors, so it's necessary to carry the luggage several steps. In two out of four vacation days the wifi did not work. It is also necessary to pay a 50 euro guarantee in case of damaging the room.

Great hotel located just outside the 6th arrondissement. Honestly, for anybody who has been to Paris before: the rooms are clean, the bed is comfy, the bathrooms are clean, the wifi works, there is AC, the staff is very polite and helpful. That alone makes this a 10/10. Add to that a very nice parking arrangement, where you get a discount on a garage just around the corner and a very fair price and it's all you could ever hope for. Also the communication by the hotel is just excellent. Whatsapp and emails, quick answers to every question. Without a doubt my best hotel experience in Paris in this price range. The front staff were excellent - warm and welcoming. They were possibly the most friendly hotel staff I have ever met in Paris. They all spoke excellent English but were willing to tolerate my French and kindly let me practice my second language. The hotel is very near Boulevard Montparnasse which has plenty of interesting bistros and is a short walk from the Luxembourg Gardens. It was also a short walk from Gare Montparnasse where we arrived in Paris and a short walk to Denfert-Rochereau to catch the RER to the airport.

It is not a very pretty street view from the hotel but we always felt safe and we were only a block or two away from more typically lovely French streets.

Loved the atmosphere about the hotel. I actually loved the lift of the hotel. Just placed near the stair case. It's a lift for three people but dont let that put you off. It felt like one of those vintage lifts from many centuries. And it suited the hotel well.

There is nothing to like it was all amazing. Maybe add a little biscuits or something with the coffee and tea you leave in the room.
