Great value, great location near two Metro stations. Supermarket and lovely French cafes nearby. Reading other reviews I see that some people are complaining about a lack of a lift (only stairs). Sure it doesn't have a lift but what do people expect for the price? A porter to carry their luggage for them? If you want a lift, go pay more for a place with a lift and stop complaining!

Was woken by inconsiderate people checking in during the night and stomping up and down the corridor talking loudly. Why are some people so inconsiderate to others who would obviously be sleeping at 3am? It's beyond me. No fault of the hotel of course.

Really great value compared to the hostels in town. The view is amazing though the steps are steep. Everyone talks about the bathroom and shower size, truly the size of a closet. But the two are separate, there is hot water, and a sink in the room! For me it was great a real Paris experience! Ps they were also very kind to watch my bags the day I checked out and there is tons of great food close by!

Everything was great though be prepared for a very steep long climb up the stairs.

Reception staff was exceptional. They welcomed me when I arrived and made my stay extraordinary. They offered to carry my bags. They served me an outstanding breakfast. They made themselves available to ask and respond to any questions. It was a lovely stay. It is my 4th time there and I am already planning my next visit. Beware! No elevator. No air conditioning but the weather was fine. The windows provided a nice breeze with privacy curtains.

Good location: close to several metro stations, restaurants and Lidl. Very good price for solo travelers during the Paris Olympics. Quiet environment for a good night sleep. New windows for a good noise insulation from the outside. Sink and mirror in the room. Clean shared toilet and shared shower. Friendly staff.

No elevator, my room was on the 5th floor. No AC, keep in mind during very hot summer days. Shower lock was broken and there are no shelf in the small shower (but there is soap for free).

When I read the reviews, I didn't expect much. But the room is nice and better than I thought. I booked a couple room with private toilet. The toilet is indeed small but quite clean. The bed is comfortable and big. Friendly service. My deposit was returned immediately when I checked in. Overall, it is still a good and cheap option for me in the middle of Paris, considering the great location with a variety of good Asian restaurants around.

The wifi is pretty weak

Great hotel, definitely excellent value for money. The room was comfortable, equipped with everything I need, and had a great view of Paris from the window. There are also great cafés close to the hotel.

There is no elevator, so you'll need to use the stairs to access all levels. I was only with backpack so it was not a problem for me.

I booked a room with a shared bathroom. It was at the seventh floor. The hotel is in the old building that is why it has no lift but if you understand what is expected it is ok The hotel is a good value for money, there is a small kitchen in every floor with a kettle and microwave, there is also a small balcony in every room.

The is no isolation from the sounds in the corridor. This was not good since some guests were quite loud. Also if the hotel receptionist were more talkative and more customer oriented, that would be much better.

I loved the location, in the heart of Paris' Chinatown. Also I loved the view from the room at the 5th floor. Room was a decent size, light.

The only thing I didn't like much was the bed which was not very comfortable, mattress was soft and I guess time to change it.

The hotel is very close to the subway and thus good for those take the day in Paris city. If you choose to stay in hotel it may not be so comfortable. Although WiFi was available.

Bathroom was too small that stout fellows may find it annoying using it. Certain toilet has an already broken light. No elevator presence and people with huge suitcases may find it suffering to lift them upwards.

Close to different metro and bus lines. Very easy to reach different parts of the city. Lot's of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. 24hour doorman.

No elevator. If you get a room on the fourth floor (like it happened to me) you gotta walk your way up.
