It is a really sweet, well designed hotel. It’s thoughtfully curated and pretty eco. We felt good in the hotel, it was charming and the person at reception was very generous. He made our stay lovely. Breakfasts were yummy and a good value.

The location is a little out of the way in a business section. We were booking based on price and style so it was okay. The rooms are very, very tight without closets. However, for a few nights, it was fine.

We had a great stay! Everything was super clean, just like in the photos — the hotel looks exactly the same in real life. The location is also excellent, very convenient and close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We asked if it was possible to change our room from one facing the courtyard to one with a street view. They immediately offered us a few options, which we really appreciated — even though we eventually decided to stay in our original room, it was great to see how accommodating they were. We also really appreciated the climate control system in the room — the thermostat was easy to use and made it super comfortable throughout our stay. The room was spotless and comfortable, and we felt very welcome during our stay. Honestly, everything was great — we’d happily stay here again!

The hotel is so cute that I would recommend it even for non-business trips. We chose it because it is just in front of the Porte de Versailles facilities, but it is very close to metro, bus and tram stops, therefore it is easy, although not short, to reach touristic spots. Spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished, the room is small but everything fits. Hands and shower gel smell delicious.

Room a bit noisy, super small elevator, few toiletries. But really nothing annoying. I would have loved to have some city information from the staff, but they didn't know much although they were willing to help.

The Kraft Hotel it’s a wonderful hotel in Paris. It’s very very friendly, all the front desk workers are very nice, it’s comfortable, veryclean, close to the Metro station so you can connect with differents places in Paris, you had too differents buses that you can use to go to the centre of Paris. The bus 80 it’s only a two blocks from the hotel, this bus has an stop very close to the Eiffel Tower so it’s very convenient. The breakfast olso it’s delicious with excellent croissants, breads, pastries and differents cains of French cheeses. So if you want to enjoy you treep in Paris I recommend you Kraft hotel 🇳🇱🤍🙌. I really loved this hotel. The room was very comfortable, stylish and cozy with a lovely view of the pretty street. I thought the hotel was very good value. It was very clean and had lovely toiletries. I stayed in a small room but I found it perfectly big enough. The street outside is quiet and the bed was very comfortable so I got a good night's sleep.The staff were absolutely lovely. Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The best hotel team I have experienced in France. It was very convenient for the metro. I wish I could have stayed longer and I will not hesitate to stay again when I am next in Paris.

I liked everything but it would have been even better if there was a kettle and coffee and tea in the room.

Very close to metro and tram stops. Very cosy room and hall (open 24 hours). A bottle of filtered water every day and hairdryer in the room. Just in front of the Expo. Safe area. Nice cafes/bistros just downstairs.

When I arrived (9 pm) the heating was switched off so the room was very cold and didn't warm up quickly so I was cold during night. Also windows are single glassed so the cold enters into the room. No heating in the bathroom. No kettle in the room.

Lovely staff. Very welcoming. Great choice of breakfast items and they had dairy alternative milk which we discovered is quite hard to find in other establishments in Paris. Lovely small boutique hotel with everything we needed for a short stay. Nice location. Lots of local bars and restaurants nearby. We managed to walk to all the tourist attractions without having to use public transport. If you’re fairly fit you can reach all the major attractions by foot in just over an hour. We used the RER to get to & from CDG airport.

The best side of this hotel must be amazing, friendly staff, and super convenient location. staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and kind.. and yes, that was in Paris.. not very common.. Lovely people who made my stay nice, and of course location is superb. Sadly did not make it to breakfast, but bed was very comfy. Nice shower.. but toiletries could be better quality.

Very small lift, would not recommend if you are claustrophobic.. small room, and terrible light in the bathroom.. No proper mirror to check your outfit, and this was quite important to me since i was there in business.. so wanted to do my make up, and make sure i look immaculate. The smaller mirror in the bathroom was hung so low, i had to bend over to see anything in it.. so basically useless. Rooms not very quite.. so some people might find it problematic.

I slept well during the night and I’m a light sleeper :) the room was small and cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The location was also convenient, everything was easily accessible with public transport. We really enjoyed our 4 days here!

My suggestion is to not add water to the soap :) It makes it difficult to use it and it just disappoints in a 4 star hotel.
