Comfortable, clean, not too expensive and the hotel room even had a beautiful bathroom with a nice bath. A pleasant two nights. Not too far from Berlin Ostbahnhof.

Of course you're quite close to a main road so expect some noise. There was an issue when the fuse in the kettle blew and put electricity off in my room, but someone came out to fix it within 15 minutes, in the middle of the night, and I was given a new room to stay in.

Great little gem at the heart of the city - recommend staying here.. The hotel is based a very short walk from Alexanderplatz (10-15 min) making it an ideal area to spend the night in the city center. Clean rooms with basic amenities provided ( tea, coffee, hair dryer, shampoo/soap, room safe, TV, iPod/iphone dock etc.). The room was quite big and the bathrooms were very modern with good water pressure and a large bathtub. Reception was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions via the booking.com app. The hotel is located next to a great area in the city for restaurants and small cafés. There is a large park less than 5 minutes away which allows for a great walk away from the hustle of the city. The room was of very good value considering prices of similar locations in the city center.

The beds could have been more comfortable but for a short stay they were fine.

Great location with easy check in and check out processes. I got a room upgrade and the staff was really friendly. Good value for the right money. Public transportation available really close by that gets you to most places in Berlin.

The shower and sink water were not running in the morning. The staff checked immediately and said some maintenance was going on and that it should be back within 2 hours. Having no water is a huge problem to me, but the situation resumed as indicated.

All the rooms were spacious and everything was very clean Finally, the customer service was very good and efficient when requesting any problems. In all, we had a great stay.

We believe that there could be more kitchen utensils like a colander.

The size of the room is very good. The hotel is quiet.

I was upgraded to an apartment but unfortunately all of the amenities did not work. The oven did not work. Also I had to walk to the second floor instead of the first- that really did not become a problem.

Check in was easy, we had the penthouse suite which was huge. Tram stopped nearby, 3 stops to the city centre. Lovely park across the road.

Wifi was not secured, just a hotspot.

The property is in the vicinity of Alexanderplatz in a nice and a quiet area of the city. There is a new renovated bathroom, comfortable bed, tea and coffee, and I got even an upgrade to a bigger room. The receptionist was also quite helpful. All went very well for me.

There is no breakfast.

My daughter and I are travelling around Europe from Ireland and booked a room here for the night. Upon arrival we were told that we were upgraded to an apartment and we were delighted! Brilliant accommodation, friendly staff and great location!

First communication was great. After I confirmed I will come after 15:00, they explained to me that I will be able to do self-check-in and self-check-out as well. What is super convinient and easy. Hotel is in great spot, 15 minutes from Alexanderplatz on foot. Room was super clean, bed was very comfy and we had everything we needed. They are using Rituals products as their toiletries which is a big plus!
