I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Adina Hotel in Berlin, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests, making me feel truly welcomed. The room was wonderful, featuring a balcony with a stunning view of Berlin. It was spacious, well-equipped, and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the ability to control the air conditioning was a significant plus, ensuring the room was always at the perfect temperature. One of the best aspects of the Adina Hotel is its prime location. Situated conveniently with a tram stop just around the corner, getting around Berlin was incredibly easy. This made exploring the city a breeze and added to the overall enjoyment of my trip.

While the prices were higher than usual due to the Euro Championship, the experience was well worth it. Every request I made was promptly met, adding to the overall satisfaction of my stay.

The apartment is contained within the main hotel building and is absolutely perfect for a weeks stay. The apartment was of good size, comfortable beds (even the sofa bed) and had all the equipment needed to be fully self sufficient. The added bonus of having a washer and separate dryer in the room was an absolute bonus and just added perfection on to an already awesome place. The pool, small gym and sauna were an excellent addition to a perfectly located accommodation. The cleaning staff visited every day (even on Christmas Day) and left the place spotless each time. The staff were lovely, professional and very polite and I must say a big thank you to Daniela from Argentina on the reception desk, as she made us all feel very welcome over the holiday period. Being regular visitors to Berlin, this accommodation is definitely somewhere we will return to from now on. Thank you to all of the staff.

The apartment is well laid out and has almost everything that is needed for a short stay away from home.

There was a small packet of filter coffee in the kitchen, sufficient for two cups. We stayed for five nights. I expected that we would receive a new packet each day. That didn't happen. I asked at reception and they said that we could buy further packets for 3euros each. We bought one packet. Given what we paid to stay at the Adina Apartments, I think it would be a nice gesture if a packet of coffee was provided, free of charge, for each day of stay. Also, one of the two lifts stopped working on the first day of our stay. It was still not repaired on the day we left, five days later. This meant that there were sometimes long delays in moving in and out of the building.

Good location, just one tram station away from HBF. Room is spacious with balcony. Breakfast is good. Very friendly staff. Has a wellness center with swimming pool.

Room condition a little bit dated but still in good order.

Everything was great from start to bottom. * check-in & check-out: we arrived late, around 1 am, the reception was open and the check-in went smoothly; we checked out at 3 am and again, reception open, everything good. Note: we were charged 50 eur at check-in as deposit, we got it back into the account before we even arrived back home! * rooms was impecable, modern, clean, classy, well equiped; it also had a balcony which was great for morning coffee and if you are a smoker * the room was kept clean daily, with a more serious clean up every 3rd day. Towels changed whenever we needed * my birthday was during our stay and in the evening I found a nice birthday card from the staff and a little sweet surprise. This speaks volumes about their kindness and atention to details * great cooling and heating ventilation system * location is great, 10 min walking distance to berlin central station and also Naturkundemuseum U-Bahn station, so basically you are connected to the whole city; supermarkets, pharmacy, retaurants in central station are opened more than regular ones, on sundays as well, so no problems if you need anything Overall one of the best places we stayed recently, especially considering the price.

Location very good with one tram stop to Hbf and direct trams to the city centre and to sightseeing locations. Room good with bath, swimming pool free and excellent, stall really good especially the person in charge of the bar. Very helpful. Look forward to a return visit!

The hotel is sweet and was great in all aspects. The room and the facilities were just like in the pictures and everything was perfect. The reception staff was helpful and kind. The only thing missing is that during check in or at any other time they did not explain to us how the cleaning in the apartment hotel works, so after three days we needed more toilet paper, fresh towels and bin emptying and we had to ask for it 3-4 times, and then they cleaned the whole room and threw away some things that weren't for throwing away. So, a bit of communication would have solved that.

Adina Apartments were fantastic! We stayed there for a family reunion and had 4 rooms between us. There was an outdoor courtyard we used to have meals all together a few times, and we hung out in the hotel lobby some evenings. The staff were friendly and helpful with every request, especially the bar staff! The gym was quite good for a hotel gym. The rooms were comfortable, and we could hardly hear the street noise and sirens. Excellent location. Family friendly. Delicious breakfast (kids are half price).

The pool was a little cold

Hotel is one tram stop from Central Train Station, which is very convenient. The same tram line takes you east to a great corridor of restaurants and clubs. Also convenient to take public transportation to the museum and historical districts.

The immediate area is less to be desired; park across the street is not well maintained, no nearby restaurants/coffee shops to speak of, so plan on using this as base to explore. Price, value, and location to nearby attractions make it worth while.

Spacious room with balcony. Well connected location very close to the central station. Good starting spot for various walks along the waterways or into Tiergarten.

The sofa in the room needs to be replaced - it's collapsing in the middle. Water escapes from the open shower, although it could be managed easily enough with strategic towel placement.
