Comfortable bed. Comfortable size room. The hotel keeps your luggage in a proper storage room, if you have time to do some more sightseeing between the check out time and your flight. Alexanderplatz is a busy place, and a bit mad, but the hotel is right on the side of this madness and we couldn't hear much noise in our room.

A slight drain and sewage smell in the bathroom.

The breakfast was very good.

I found it a bit strange that whilst there was a mini-safe in my room, I couldn't access it because I'd only paid for a standard room! I would have thought it would be in the hotel's interest to provide access to the safe to ensure that all guests' valuables (including passport) remained safe.

the location was amazing, right beside a main tube station for easy access to central Berlin. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the reception desk staff were very friendly and welcoming during check in and happy to help with any issues we had.

Our one issue was a male cleaner coming into the room TWICE, once at 9am then 10am even tho check out was 12pm. The man did not knock on the door and entered the room and apologised and left, We were 2 young females in the room and this was extremely alarming and should never have happened. the woman on the front desk was quick to tell the man to not do it again

The hotel room was a standard premier inn family room. The shower and bathroom were spacious. The location was great. Really close to the hustle and bustle of Alexanderplatz but not too close.

The second child bed was uncomfortable and when you have two children of similar ages, it could have caused issues. Thankfully my son is easy going and didn't mind it for a couple of nights. The shop in the lobby. Whilst I know hotel prices are higher, the prices of the things in that shop were extortionate. There is a netto around the corner. Go there instead.

This trip was part of my birthday celebration, including tickets to see Post Malone with my son.

We travelled from Belfast and arrived at 12.30 pm. The receptionist advised check-in, wasn't available until 3 p.m., so we paid an extra 21.50 for an early check-in as we'd travelled through the night and were exhausted. The hotel room door wouldn't open with the key card, so we asked the cleaning operative nearby to check. When we opened the door the room was a mess, it hadn't been cleaned. I went back to reception, explained, and had to wait for another room to be allocated. The receptionist apologised. This wasn't a good start to our stay. However, everything else was great.

The room was on the smaller side, but it suited our needs just fine as we didn’t require much space. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, which always makes a big difference. Breakfast in the dining room was absolutely exquisite, a lovely way to start the day. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better, right next to Alexanderplatz. We were also treated to stunning views of the TV Tower, which was a nice bonus to our stay.

The only downside to our stay was being placed on the first floor. A higher floor would have offered a better view, which would have been a nice touch. Additionally, having a fridge in the room would have been convenient, especially for storing drinks or snacks. Other than that, everything else was quite enjoyable.

The hotel is located in the heart of Alexandersplatz, so you can get anywhere from there either by walking if your capable, or with the metro. The design of the building was nice and modern and they had a nice bar at the reception.

I have to say that the moquette carpet was not very comfortable due to its typical dated hotel smell. For such a hotel I think it's crucial to renovate this and change it. Also there was no available room service to have your room clean after the morning hours, something that other hotels are happy to take care of. Lastly, the mini self-service market in the reception while appreciated, the prices were way too expensive than normal retail prices. I wouldn't recommend you to take anything from there, you can easily find all these products much much cheaper in some convenient stores nearby (I believe there was one in the same building block).

Location was excellent for visiting Berlin. The breakfast and evening meals were very good - best we've experienced after staying in many Premier Inn.

The rooms are too sparsely furnished and would benifit from an extra chair (one chair for each bed?), more storage for guest luggage, walk-in shower preferred to shower in bath. TV channels poor for English-speaking guests. Access to BBC News, iPlayer would be very welcome in a British run hotel.

Very well located, service was great, breakfast staff, bar staff, food and drinks in general were really good and fresh too. Strong wi-fi signal(my girls appreciated that a lot).

People smoking at the entrance of the Hotel, but that's everywhere in Berlin. I will say, the bathroom sliding door was weird and lacked of privacy. I have 2 teenage daughters and that was an inconvenience for them. Also, there was no conditioner in the shower and we never get it after asked for it so we ended up buying some at the corner store. No big deal. Other than that all was great.

Location ideal for Alexanderplatz station. Room clean and comfortable. Very easy to control temperature and nice and cosy which was needed with all the snow outside. Reception were super helpful and the lady who checked us in was so friendly and let us check in 3 hrs early which we very much appreciated. Thank you! Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Lots of options. Noticed gluten free bread available which was great. Individually wrapped so no cross contamination. Lots of tables available. Small self serve shop in reception for drinks, snacks, beer and things like toothpaste etc which was a great addition.
