My friend and I were absolutely delighted with our stay at Hotel Berlin Mitte. The beds were super comfortable, and the pillows were clean and very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh. The bed linen was clean, and towels were changed daily, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was served as a buffet, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from—everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also excellent—very close to Alexanderplatz, with both tram and bus stops just around the corner. If I had to choose again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent - very close to the city center with plenty of cafes and entertainment options nearby. Public transport is easily accessible, with both bus and tram stops just around the corner. The breakfast was tasty and filling, with a good variety offered at the buffet. The room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the separate space for luggage

The only downside was the bed, which was too firm for our taste. My wife experienced some back pain after sleeping on it. However, this could be a positive for those who prefer harder mattresses

• Hotel's location and surroundings are its biggest advantages. The attention of the staff was also good and they helped us with some issues. • Wi-Fi and TV work fine, but there is nothing on the TV except classic German channels. • Housekeeping is also very good and clean.

• The ventilation system in the room is very bad and definitely not working properly. At the same time, there is an interesting high-pitched sound coming from the ventilation control device when the ventilation is not working. • Due to the fact that the floors in the room are carpeted, they can get dirty very quickly. Also, having carpet does not feel very hygienic.

The location is excellent, very close to Alexanderplatz. The room was good, most of the staff -helpful

The mattresses in the double room are not very comfortable: they put one mattress above the other and the upper one slides aside, The pillows are not comfirtable-so we used 2 pillows instead of one One member of the late night staff was not cooperative in providing us with a quiet room which we requested a few months beforehand, Luckily, the day staff was more helpful

Beautiful rooms, nice amenities, very comfortable. Kind and attentive personell.

The key cards were a pain to use. The system is very fickle and if one of your devices or a magnet just comes close, they have to be recharged. Luckily, reception is present 24/7 but it’s just really clunky. Even freshly charged cards don’t work first try, you have to find the right speed. I shouldn’t have to go through so much trouble simply trying to enter my room. The blow drier was very old and sounded like a lawnmower. We didn’t dare use it on full power due to the very loud noise.

Staff are friendly and the hotel is in a great location, situated between Alexanderplatz and Prenzlauer Berg. I was fortunate to be given a room with a view as you have great views towards Alexanderplatz and the Fernsehturm / TV tower. Good transport links with a tram stop a few minutes walk away and a 15 min walk to Alexanderplatz or Rosa Luxemburg Platz. I can't comment on the breakfast as I opted for a room only.

While the room was great, the down side is that there was no kettle/ coffee machine, no mini fridge if you're staying several days and no safe. Not the end of the world, but would be useful.

The location was excellent with a short walk to Alexander Platz and public transport. The rooms were comfortable and so were the beds. We got two adjoining rooms that were perfect for our family. Absolutely worth the money. Clean rooms and working aircondition.

I thought I had booked a room with breakfast, but this was not included and we had to pay extra. This might be because of the Booking app, but probably was a bit unclear as to what was included in the price. All in all very happy, but the price was higher than estimated because we managed to book without breakfast.

The location was good, beds comfortable and very clean. Everything in the room was as I expected. I would recommend this hotel.

The daytime staff was quite friendly and helpful; however, the nighttime staff in charge was not willing to assist me. The airline lost my luggage, and I inquired at the reception if it was possible for them to receive it for me. However, on two occasions, the receptionist denied me this possibility. Finally, the daytime receptionist was friendly and offered to receive it upon my arrival. The hairdryer made a strange noise when using it, which raised doubts about its proper functioning.

Great view from our room and size, this is our 2nd time to this hotel and being located above a petrol/Gas station it's ideal for a shop visit for drinks snacks ect...

problem I had was the room could do with a small fridge for hot evening to keep drinks in! As it was 30c on our last visit and drinks went warm very quickly and impossible to keep fruit as axsna k for in the mornings upon awakening. House cleaners had turned our air conditioning unit off after cleaning room and also only top sheets was changed and not lower sheet as I had spilt my drink and it was still present on upper sheet.

We were impressed with the sound insulation of the room, and you can sleep very well. There is also food available 24/7 in vending machines. The location is okay, with bus and tram stops close by.

The location is around 13 minutes from Alexanderplatz, which has stores and other transportation options. It is also on a main avenue, so if you want to keep the window open, it may not be quiet.
