The staff helped us get a new room when we had issues which was nice. I very much liked the breakfast, the food varied a little day to day which I liked. The construction wasn't loud when we were there but the outside was pretty dirty because of it. Not their fault though. Very high ceiling also giving an airy feel.

The room smelled a bit funky when we didn't have the window open every day we where there and we had to move rooms on day one which was a bit annoying. But they were nice about it

We were given a massive family room which was very comfortable and nicely kept. The two twin beds were super comfortable and so were the feather pillows. The hotel itself has a lot of character and the staff were very helpful. Nice breakfast as well with plenty of choice. Good value for money. We would stay there again for that price.

Even though the hotel is in zone B it is not very central. It's a ten minute walk from the S bahn stop which is not a problem itself but the area had no restaurants or bars nearby. The hotel bar also closed at 8 on a Friday so we couldn't have a drink or food there either.

Everything was great, our room had a slight problem so they gave us a full premium suite which was big and comfortable. Great breakfast with everything you could ask for. The staff were friendly and helpful specially the night shift supervisor was super helpful and kind. Wifi was very good.

There were two things that bothered us: the entrance and the terrace were in the middle of construction and te aesthetics were not at all like the photos, I wish I knew this before booking. And the parking although spacious and had electric charging stations, the entrance of it had no barrier or door.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel itself looks nice inside, it has its own style and its not a basic modern hotel you can usually find nowadays. Very quiet and big hotel. Small fridge in the room was very very useful and needed! The location its perfect as well and close to the station.

1. Pillows are very uncomfortable, way too soft and has no shape so was very uncomfortable to sleep, the bed itself as well not the best ( but better than the pillows) 2. The rooms was clean itself , however curtains had so much dust in it and you can feel that it was not washed or cleaned long time ago . Not a massive issue however you can feel the dust smell and feeling near them or sitting near the mini table 3. In the photo on our booking it was showing a bath in the bathroom and not the shower, again not a massive issue however we were expecting a bath as per booking photo for our room. Also could be a small kettle/tea in the room which would be nice

This hotel is good as always, worth of its price (as prices in Berlin have climbed up a lot); conveniently located for those who arrive Gesundbrunnen and/or need to travel using S-bahn, and do not mind several 100s of metres walking from S-bahn station. Relatively spacy rooms, good breakfast, good sound isolation; early check-in if rooms are ready. If you are not happy with the hotel bar (that is generally OK), walk just 200 m to the west along Osloer Strasse to land at a multitude of small shops, imbiss'es etc along Prinzenstrasse (mainly to the south of Osloer Strasse).

I enjoyed the Berlin atmosphere also in the Hotel. Good and interesting city location, not central, but not far and history kind of breath on you. It has it´s own spirit. Clean room. Also staff was supportive and communicative.

For some not perfectly clean room (carpet stains, bathroom dirt..) Staff could be more proactive, when they knew(and saw) we will arrive with a kid and give us a room without additional stairs, instead of "if you would say yesterdafter we payed, to pay additional fee for the pet, even they knew we will arrive with a pet and didn't included it in the check in the first moment...

Situated in Wedding, a residential area, this was a good area for us as we prefered to stay a little out of the tourist pack! Near Gesundbrunnen train station, ring road tram and bus lines outside, and not too far from centre by city bikes. The hotel deserves better rating than some of those below; maybe not living up to 4 stars, but very good as a ~3 star tourist hotel. Clean, spacious room (triplet), good breakfast! Good value for money for a Berlin hotel!

The ad said bike rental on site; however that wasn't true. Some might find interior design a little outdated, but who cares; everything worked for us! Except for kebab, there aren't many restaurants nearby, but you might wish to eat downtown anyway!

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and the breakfast was amazing. . It's definitely off the beaten path however. I would say it works if you can navigate the Berlin transit system.

The fact it's so far out of the way and there's no grocery store or restaurants other than kebab shops There's also nowhere to stroll in the evening so I just tried to delay my return to the hotel in the evening.

This hotel gives off an air of bygone day excellence, from the entrance, the reception and even the room I had booked. It is very comfortable, quiet with great staff. There is a tram stop only a few minutes walk and a train station only five minutes away.

I returned on Sunday evening at 22.15 and would have liked a nightcap but the bar was closed, the night porter told me about a vending machine but sadly this did not have red wine or any spirits. The room is not supplied with any tea or coffee facilities which is a normal requisite these days.
