It was my second stay. Rooms are quiet, window isolation is excellent. Also for the night the corridor door was closed, which is great, because no sounds from the elevator were getting in (common thing in other hotels). Beds, pillows, bedsheets, towels, everything excellent. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is enough. They used to have richer breakfast, with great pancakes, now it is the basic offer, but still very nice. Location is excellent, very convenient. Hotel is mostly used by business travelers. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe both in the hotel and in the area.

They would get a star more in my review, but there was a problem with check in: my key did not work. I arrived after a whole day of difficult travel, and all I wanted was to collapse on the bed. Instead I had to go back to the receptions, where I was told it is most likely battery of the key lock. The receptionist went back with me to check the problem. Indeed it was the lock. So we had to go back downstairs for the third time to change the room and get new key. All of that time I was carrying my luggage up and down, three times. An offer of a drink from a bar or complementary breakfast would have been a nice gesture after all this unnecessary hassle.

We only stayed for one night so we assumed that no one would try to clean our room before we check out. However, cleaners knocked and entered our room 3(!!!) times at 8.30, 9.00 and 11.00. The checkout time was at 12 and we checked out around 11.30, why were the cleaners not given directions not to go into rooms that are still occupied of we only stay for one night?

Hotel was very well located just across from the main station. It is smart and modern and was very clean and tidy. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very well laid out and had good quality facilities in it. If you like trains don't upgrade to the premium rooms as you won't have a view of the station and all the comings and goings ! The bed in the room was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on - pity I forgot to look at the make of the mattress before I left. We had breakfast at the hotel 1 morning and it was good with lots of choice from cooked food to cold meats / cereal / fruit etc. Other mornings we ate out as there are lots of cafes close by which serve lovely breakfasts.

The bar was closed for 2 nights of our 4 night stay - Sunday and Monday which meant we couldn't have a nightcap but that was a minor problem.

Location was great.. Room was pleasant loved the extra long towel rack to be able to do some hand washing and dried overnight.

Would of appreciated a kettle to make tea or coffee. If I had to say something the bed was to soft for my liking. And it's not the fault of the hotel but on 2 of the nights other guests on level 3 were disruptive and inconsiderate banging on doors and yelling down the corridors.

Electric kettle (there was only one kettle for the whole hotel when we stayed last time).

I asked for a quiet room and was given a room with windows looking at the train station and trains. If the windows were closed, everything was great, but we prefer to sleep with open windows and without airconditioner.

Excellent breakfast room - comprehensive choices ( English breakfast tea), helpful and pleasant staff, calming atmosphere. Room superb, all amenities, very comfortable - non-slip shower floor, a first in my experience.

Noise from the station & trains, but not a problem as at night the closed window cut the noise down.

Hotel staff could be more smiling friendly and helpful. If you face a problem while your staying, the staff are not so willing to help and solve the problem compared to other hotels according to my hotel experience of years.

Location of the hotel is very central and convenient to walk to the town centre. Hotel has own car park. The rooms are quiet, although the main station of Bonn is right behind the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We tried to adjust the aircon, but couldn't change the settings. No kettle or coffee maker in the room. Interior design of the rooms is a bit outdated.

I loved the location, had a very long trip and it's literrally 10 steps away from the railstation. And railstation has lots of cafes to eat out. It's also very close to the center so you will have an enjoyable stay

I didn't feel welcome at the reception 😕 and that's called reception for a reason

When we arrived late at night the gentlemen on duty I believe he works the night shift was very friendly and his service went above and beyond to make us comfortable I can’t praise him enough! I did not capture his name but I believe he works the security night shifts and he was by far amazing!
