friendly, helpful staff, perfect location, central location, quiet, lift useful with my wheelchair, kettle supplied on request, fresh linen provided, plus fresh towels ,shower in rooms, no need for breakfast , personal choice

there are `stairs at the entrance which is a bit difficult with my wheel walker. But if people are around, they are helpful. I could not figure out, when there was someone at the reception-

- Very good location - right next to the river and takes only 20 min. on foot to the city center - Not that loud even if it is on the right next street of pubs - Small but got all you need - toilet and shower, wardrobe, safe, TV and desk (but no friger) - Very friendly and cooperative staff - Very good cafe in front of the hotel

I was supposed to check in on Sunday and I’ve given a wrong code for the room key so had to make a call.

Great locations only 10 minutes walk away from the romberberg plaza where the annual christmas market is held, 100mt to the tram station that is connected to all the main train/metro stations in the city.rewe and aldi are 300mt from the hotel,coffee shops and goos restaurants all within 200mt. Clean rooms, bedsheets changed daily, they offer breakfast and the rooms are warm and provided with a safe and a tv as well as hairdryer and wardrobe with hangers. It's my second time in this hotel and as always everything was great

At night can be really loud outside due to a hospital nearby so there is a lot of ambulances going back and forth it's the only bad thing. If you keep the windows closed the noise is almost nothing

Stayed in single en suite bedroom 64 in the attic. Clean, tidy room and bathroom. Very quiet area and soundproof so that you can sleep in peace, comfy bed. All facilities were there and as shown in booking website. Good wifi signal, working lift, warm place as hearing excellently works. Great location, only two min walk to the coty tram stop which takes you everywhere. Very friendly staff in the reception especially Mahdi who makes sure to satisfy the guests. I would consider this hotel if I visit Frankfurt again.

Just a polite note to the owner. The wooden table next to the bed is eaten and torn!! Would be nice to replace it with a new one.

it was close to public transport. I loved that i could easily switch rooms because my door was really jammed and i couldnt get it open and they switched me to another single room.

I get that the toilet for solo travelers doesnt fit in the room but it is somewhat inconvenient if you want to use the toilet by night and half asleep have to get through 2 heavy doors and walk passed all the other rooms…

Friendly staff in reception. Bright and comfortable room. Pleasant location within 2 minutes walk from the Sachsenhausen bars and restaurants. Recommend local Apfelwein taverns nearby for good hearty German food and Apfelwein - Eichkatzerl, Atschel and Fichtekränzi.

No dislikes. I have stayed there several times and it suits me perfectly. Always good prices too.

Even if the hotel was old , we were able to survive the nights without aircon .I liked how the receptionist gave us another room since it wasn't clean in our first room.

I did not like the first as it was dusty, and my friend was itching the whole night. Also no aircon .

The location and price is quite nice. The room and the bathroom are clean. Towels and detergents are included. The check in and check out processes are smooth.

It a little bit hot during the heat wave when the outside is 30°C+. Also the sink in the bathroom is not working well.

Would come back any time if it wasn't so far from Australia. On the day of departure, I asked the. young lady at reception for breakfast, and despite the fact that I was late, she put everything back on the buffet. Thanks for that!

The hosts were really nice and respectful, the location was great and the room was mainly really clean!

The shower (in the room, solo room with private bathroom that was outside the room) ceiling was a bit moldy/ damp, and the shower curtain was a bit too short (I had to be very careful to not throw water in the room).
