We really liked this hotel and can honestly recommend it for families with children. The family room was very spacious and the kids loved the port-themed decor. They had a lot of fun with the fridge and wardrobe door working like a shipping container. Breakfast was nice and the location very convenient. I would gladly stay there again during my next visit to Hamburg.

I love facts that is children friendly hotel and it’s clean, besides not far from the train station, beautiful environment.

There’s no packing space for free, you have to pay, which it’s will cost a lot if you’re spending a long holidays. And the bathroom is a bit risky

The room was clean and looked good. The staff were friendly and helped when needed. The breakfast selection was great.

There was no tea/coffee making facilities. It would have been good to have a little more space in the room with a family of 4. The location was a bit further out from the main city than we expected so meant further travel in (30 min walk in)

Room big and spacious. Bathroom and shower were very nice. Decor in reception was lovely. Breakfast each day was really good. About a 20 minute walk to the city centre. You are just enough outside of the city centre for it to be quiet but close enough to walk each day. I always enjoy any Mecure I go to around the world.

Location is good, it is 20 min to walk train station. It is 30 min to canal road, red houses, canal, church, famous streets. Breakfast is good, stuff was smiling.

Room was small for the family. Price is a bit expensive .

It is clean, warm and staff is great. Our family feels welcomed here. It also a great value for money when travelling with (especially) teenage kids. Location is in the city, in walking distance from the train station. We love the design and that container-furniture

We really liked the central location. The staff at check-in were great! They helped us save money on parking. The Bistro/Bar was great.

The toilet area was a bit small. Not meant for tall or well endowed people.

Breakfast times spaned from 06:30 (?) to 10:00, perfect for early birds and late riser, with a rich variety of food. The hotel is somewhat close-by to the S3/S5, also not far away from the central parts of the city.

Location was good and they had parking available. They had rooms for 4 people and allowed pets.

The rooms were small & warm for 4 (2 adults 2 kids). There was no electric car charger. Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids would cost 80€: that is too much for this level of hotel.

The hotel was comfortable and breakfast was really good with a large choice of food.

The size of the room. They don’t really have family rooms and it was a bit tight. Also, it was a bit noisy. It is 20mns away on foot from downtown. Not too bad, but maybe not the best choice if you want to be centrally located. And finally, the staff did not speak a good english and it was difficult to communicate. we could not book a parking lot and had to pay 22€ for the parking and they could not even guarantee that we could have a free slot if we had to take the car and come back. They advised to leave it in the garage. There should be available slots for guests when you pay 22€.
