Location convenient to central Cologne. Room was quiet (on the backside of the building). Parking was convenient but not inexpensive.

The room where the bed was was much smaller than expected. We had to push the bed toward the window I order to be able to close the door to the room. Only two coffee pods in the kitchen when we had 3 guests. Paid laundry available but the machines only took 1€ coins but the desk could not provide change so we had to hunt for a couple of businesses who could give us 1€ coins. Made the process take a lot longer than it needed to be. We arrived late in the day and the two nearby laundromats were either closed or also required change. I would suggest that the property be prepared to provide change for guests using the onsite laundry facilities or install a change machine in the laundry room.

Great value for the apartment and the facilities it includes, as well as the large supermarket 2 mins around the corner. Nice area that is easy to get to.

Location was perfect for us but it is probably slightly more out the way than other hotels (it’s about a 10 minute walk before you hit the main centre streets, and 15-20 mins to the cathedral.)

Spacious, comfy room and friendly staff. Fresh hot coffee, milk, and cocoa near the reception area. Cosy place. Room privacy. Everything you need is there. Lots of shelves to put your stuff.

My room smells of curry. Yes the fire alarm is right above the stove. You have to on the hood when u cook. Very good soundproof windows even though I was assigned a room by the roadside. Thankful there wasnt blaring ambulance in the middle of the night during my stay cos I had to keep my windows open as it was too hot. Have to walk quite a bit to city centre and the area is quiet after dark for solo travellers. No room service unless you stay for 8days or more. You even have to empty your own trash, self service to change your towels at recep etc.

Layout of this particular hotel reflects small art and design shops as well as galleries and museums near by, bay windows look into stunning contemporary residential complex. Hotel is so situated that ten min of walk leads to all possible entertainment and shopping you could squeeze into town visit. Cologne has recently upgraded into quarteer areas resembling flair Bruxelles used to have decade or so ago, adding to youthful appearance of central ring. Staff was very helpful and on the top of their game. Hotel rooms are specious and professionally designed featuring kitchnet for all residents could possibly need. All in all great experiance, gerne wieder.

Location was great and in waking distance to the city center and sightseeing. Very quiet at night with closed windows even though close to the city center. Chromecast/TV was great. Bed in bedroom was really nice.

Kitchen was small but ok. Could have had more kitchen items (only 2 knifes, spoons ect.). Parking in parking garage was a bit difficult to figure out, but woman in reception could help us via video surveillance. The room was a bit run-down but overall clean You have to throw out trash by youself which is ok (trash room at each floor), but it was difficult to figure out how to sort it.

Location is really good, right at the center of Koeln and at the same time easy to reach by car and there's (usually) not much traffic around. The rooms are big, comfortable and with most of the basics already covered. The staff at the reception were very helpful with instructions and spoke all languages (English, German, French, and more!). Beds were super comfy and soundproofing was solid, you can't really hear anything from your room.

Given that the rooms are equipped with a kitchen, I expected a few more basics included, such as kitchen paper, salt, pepper, and so on. This is not a deal breaker, but was a surprise. Parking is way too expensive, around 27 euros for a full 24 hours, so I definitely would not come by car. There is free coffee and tea available at the reception, but the place was incredibly messy and with shared spoons that seemed to be all used.

Great facilities. Communal area with kids play area and toys. Free tea and coffee. 24 hour reception and gym. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Close to town and a local supermarket just round the corner for supplies. Rooms have great use of the space and include a dining table that pushes under the desk and spare chairs in a cupboard. The sofa bed sleeping area actually splits into 2 single beds which is great. Dishwasher in the kitchen is brilliant and there was a bath and shower in the room which you don’t always see. We stayed for a week and had a great time.

There’s no oven in the room and you are unable to use the microwave oven for baking which we weren’t aware of. (The staff did allow us to use the toaster in the communal area as not one in the room but this is only available during breakfast hours) Ideally it would have been nicer to have an oven to cook an evening meal or to be able to toast bread during the day (having a member of the party who has limited diet and food restrictions the lack of a cooker wasn’t ideal) Also there’s a 500 euro charge for setting off the fire alarm which I wasn’t aware of but understand is due to many rooms setting this off accidentally as we did have many fire trucks appear during our stay.

Was given a free up grade apartment was perfect lounge area, kitchen, bathroom had a bath to sock the day away and good sized bedroom. Room lovely and cool with aircon and two door windows that just flooded the rooms with air. staff lovely and friendly, great location to trains roots 18 and 16 got us nearly everywhere. Just 5 minute wall, river just 8 minutes. The kitchen had hob and microwave, so all meals made by us, but you could have breakfast there as well, looked nice.

Truly the only thing we did not like was that we had to leave.

The bed was super comfortable and I really liked the interior design of the room - it was neutral tones and the lighting was also very soothing, not too bright - just right - perfect for relaxation or working on a computer. I also liked the fact that our room had a bathtub. Also the hot water was really hot - which I really liked. Staff was really welcoming. My son enjoyed the table football in the lobby. It was walking distance from Central station and main shopping street, also the Rewe just around the corner was nice. As a coffee lover I also really appreciated the coffee machine. Good value for the money.

Amazing and helpful welcoming Staff. Central location easy access to main centre and convenient transportation connections to go anywhere. 24 hour coffee Machine, best for coffee person.

Fire Alarm in kitchen, We can not cook as its very sensitive and very close to hobs. if it will activate you have to pay €500 fine and upon check in you need to sign the contract and it makes us afraid to cook. Specially we booked room with Kitchen because we are pure Vegetarian and it was a bit disappointed as we don't have more option to eat from outside.
