The location to the Christmas markets was fantastic. (5minute walk). The staff at the hotel was lovely. Everyone was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Almost all of the staff spoke English which eased my anxiety a lot. The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. There was even a plate of fresh fruit in our room. The pull out bed was not ready on our arrival but was remedied within an hour by housekeeping. Overall a lovely stay.

The parking situation is terrible. It was so hard to find parking that once we were able to park in the garage we opted not to take our rental car anywhere. It's also very confusing trying to leave the parking garage. We were waiting for almost 20 minutes for the gate to open. The actual room was beautiful but incredibly dark even with all the lights on. The shower was so beautiful but complicated to use and the water was only warm not hot. The only other complaint I have about the room is the pillows were down which is lovely but I need more support in my pillows and there was no other option.

We initially got a room facing an office building. I wasn't comfortable as there was a privacy issue. I raised this with a member of the reception team and they immediately gave us another room which was ideal

There was initially quite a long wait to check in. Two free bottles of water in the room but only for Hilton Honours club members - bit misleading. My husband left the breakfast room a little later than me on the first day and was asked several times which room he was in. The person checking people off a list against room numbers didn't seem to believe him when he told her what room he was in. Made him feel very uncomfortable and he didn't understand why she was asking him as he was leaving after breakfast. He had already given his room number when he arrived for the meal. He felt as though she didn't believe he had paid for breakfast- as if he was trying to pull a fast one and get the meal without paying.

The location was perfect. Staff was friendly when we were checked in. The room is very small but clean, as well as a clean bathroom.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately, our experience was not as relaxing as we had hoped. The cleaners started knocking on our door before we even had breakfast. When we returned from breakfast, they knocked again and even entered the room while we were still inside. After breakfast, we had just stepped away from the table to grab some fruit, yet the staff had already cleaned it, even though our coffee cups were still half full. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this situation made it difficult for us to fully relax and enjoy our stay.

This was our second stay at this property. the rooms are clean but small. the location is excellent! it is a walk distance from almost everything, especially the main train station, the Dom and the city center. the staff were nice and polite.

The customer service department does not work! we were trying by several ways to contact the property in order to make some updates to our reservation, but could not succeed to have any answer. the Booking company also tried to contact the property for several times, just in order to check availability or make some changes to our three rooms reservation, but we could never get any response.

The room was very nice and quiet. The beds very comfortable and the nice touch of a bottle of wine and chocolate on arrival was lovely. Really pleased about the bottles of water provided each days, especially having a sparkling and still option. Staff couldn't have been more helpful throughout the stay. The location to the train station and the cathedral and Christmas market was fantastic being a few minutes walk away, very handy. The helpfulness on arrival of a map and a sheet showing the markets was a great help. Thank you.

No bin bag in the main waste bin was provided at all. Also 1 day our room had not been cleaned/bins emptied.

I just like almost everything about Hilton

The restaurant has staff which at times appears to be not so courteous to Asian people they seem to be very selective in their choice of being nice to people or even asking them if all’s well while we are at breakfast, in my 4 days of stay they never asked me or people with me if I needed anything while they were very courteous to fellow Europeans who I knew and to other guests , while the hotel was accommodating a sizeable number of Indian guests

We had stayed at another hotel for a few days and it was terrible. When we checked in the Hilton and laying on that bed it was like a cloud. I really wanted the comforter. It was not keeping us to hot or to cold. We aren't used to sleeping with something that heavy. My husband is hot blooded but he was all wrapped in it and loved it. I had meant to ask where I might find one for here. Can you give me any purchasing info? Also when I came through the big round door i got my feet caught up in luggage and fell as soon i got inside. There were people from everywhere coming to help me including the agent behind the desk, He must have ran over. Everyone so wanting to know if I was ok. I was fine just a little clumsy but everyo.ne was so concerned. My husband said the bar staff was excellent. He was down there every night. I don't drink but he does and loved the bar and staff every night. I loved the room and the entire hotel. I really can't say enough good things about the hotel and every person of the staff we saw. I called room service a few times and the food came quick and it was delicious.

The location was great especially when the purpose of our stay was to visit the Christmas markets,which was in close proximity as well as the train station we needed to take to go to our next destination

The fact that we had to ask multiple times for our room to be cleaned. Whilst checking in, the front desk didn’t inform me where breakfast was and the times(we figured it out ourselves), or the facilities available to us and that you had to ask for your room to be cleaned. The bar area really needs to get better waitresses and waiters-It was practically self service when having to walk up and down to the counter to order cause the service wasn’t great. The room was incredibly dusting under the bed and the curtains.

Friendly and helpful staff, great selection and quantity of breakfast, decent gym, easy 24hr access, great location, they'll also hold onto your cases after checkout so you can enjoy your last day.

Wish the rooms were a little more noise-proof, plus the aircon I had to turn off in the end, too noisy. Some fresh towels were dirty, sink soap dispenser left empty each day, shower head broken (worked but didnt stay upright). Toilet bowl just needed a quick scrub (yes I know about the rainwater, it wasn't that :D).

Very friendly and polite staff. Even helped us to carry our suitcases. Our room was upgraded to a bigger one which was a very pleseant surprise. Those huge pillows were so comfortable which is always important to me. I Slept well. Everything was as promised. It’s a shame that I could spend only one night there during my trip.

One thing I noticed was noise from the hallways. Every time someone walked past our room or talked in the hallways we heard everything. But as a person who sleeps well in the middle of a slight noise it didn’t bother me much.
