We stayed only for the night with no breakfast as we had to leave early for the airport. Location was very convenient, right in the heart of Munich center within 10 mins of walking. Parking is in the opposite building and it's 2.0m height, there are specific slots for the hotel. Convenient self check-in/check-out in case reception is not there. We took there our luggage from the morning and they saved it for us until the late evening that we check-in Shower had big bottle of shower gel and shampoo, no need to take yours. Also shower cup was provided and sewing-kit as well.
No slippers. We had 3 rooms booked, one of the rooms had tiny flies here and there. The refrigerator was very noisy during the night and I couldn't easily sleep. We had only one card per room which is needed to operate electricity in the room. When one of us had to go out of the room for any reason, the other had to take care of opening the door when returning. My husband fall asleep while i was out without my phone and i had to go to my kids room and call him to open the door for me. That was a bit frustrating in the middle of the night and thankfully the kids were not sleeping.

Location is probably one of the nice features of the hotel (near Munchen HBF). A tram stop very near it. Coin laundry about 8 minutes away. Small fridge with welcome glass bottled water for the number of guests. Slippers, robes and kettle available upon request. Regular cleaning. We faced Bayerstraße on the second floor, and the noise was tolerable, and not really loud, with windows closed. We heard the tram noise/emergency loudly when we opened the window. It's actually a nice tilting door with good insulation, able to seal out as much noise as possible. We did not hear our neighbors, even above us. I guess really good wall noise insulation. Check-in and check-out were simple, but there's only one receptionist. There was a wait when we arrived due to an earlier person. Receptionists spoke/understood English. Easy to request for shampoo/body wash refill. We stayed in a room with 2 beds and sofa bed. Sofa bed was also comfortable. It's not hard. The breakfast is excellent! Where are they getting all those fresh breads? Probably 4 different kinds of juices, still and sparkling waters in glass pitchers. 2 fancy coffee machines, drip coffee, chilled wine, tea packets. Different fresh fruits. Cheesecake. Honey, nutella. At least 5 different kinds of breads. 3 types of ready-made waffle. toaster. 3 types of cereals. 5 types of cold cuts. raw salmon. sliced tomato/cucumber. Cheese, yoghurt, sliced butter, sliced fruit medley. Boiled egg, scrambled egg, made-to-order egg (we did not try), something like hashbrown potato. bacon (a bit salty), meatballs, turkey sausage and another sausage (really like this). Several condiments, even Babybel cheese. Ample seating, but it's best you come in early. Dining area attendants seemed friendly and understood English, but not all could speak English. They would greet you in German. You also had to tell them your room number.
Even though you could fit 3 people in a room with 2 beds and sofa bed, it made the room really small with less space for our stuff. It is best to get an extra room for the third person. We could not find an English channel on the TV. No microwave, instant coffee in room. The elevator was small, but always worked during our stay. The AC control seemed to be malfunctioning. We put it at max, but it was still not cold enough. We ended up opening the window. Room clean seemed to lack actual floor sweeping. Towels/tissue roll were replaced, trash picked up and beds were fixed.

This was the best breakfast of our whole holiday, really enjoyed the options available and they even had great gluten free bread for me. The room was a decent size and comfortable, we could leave our suitcases out open on the floor easily. Location was great within 5 minutes walk from the main train station - be sure to find the quick and easy way to access the station along the main platform rather than walking down the stairs and then up again internally. The Italian restaurant downstairs had great food, recommend eating there one night.
Curtains didn't quite close completely, still allowing slivers of light through, so not 100% blackout, but pretty close.

The room was big enough for the three of us to stay without feeling cramped. The hotel itself was a relatively short walk from the train station, 10-15 minutes depending on the speed of the walker. The breakfast was quite good and varied, with hot options, two coffee machines and fresh fruit daily.
Speaking only for our room, which was on the first floor facing the street, the sound of the trolleys and buses going by could be heard all night long. While not a fault of the hotel, we would recommend asking for a room that doesn't face the street if you're affected by noise. It's worth noting that we were told they only had family rooms on the first floor and the only one of those available when we checked in was facing the street.

Our hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was substantial, there was a great selection. The location is good if you want to base near the Munich Central Station - which we did, as we arrived by train, but we were hiring a car to leave Munich from the station. It's located a reasonably easy flat walk, about 20 minutes from the old town.
The beds were very small - i know the size was quoted, but, this is often misleading - on this occasion, the beds were small! The pillows were awfully thin, we had to request extras. Whilst the booking says "kettle", you had to ask for one and there was no tea/coffee or cup available in the room. It was not permitted to take a cup from the breakfast room up!

It conveniently located. It is considered located centrally to the shopping belt where you can find most things. There are trams right outside of the hotel where you can go directly or switch to other transport modes easily.
It could have been easier if we can check out later. I will suggest for guest to request for late check out, if necessary, early the morning. I have not been able to do that since the hotel is pretty fully booked. Ours is a family room, so 2 separate room with doors with one door outside of it, it will be easier if there are workable door stoppers in the room doors so that we can keep out kids room door open. Lastly, I think there is a design flaw in the toilet of the room I was in.The water seeps out of the toilet even when we kept the shower door close. The other room was fine.

Really good location. Close to city centre but far enough away that it wasn't noisy. Everything accessible by foot from the hotel. We chose this hotel as it was close to transport links and were doing a day trip to Stuttgart. Breakfast was delicious with lots on offer (including Prosecco!) a range of hot and cold food. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom and room were a good size and everything was clean. Rooms come with shampoo, body wash, hand wash and hand cream. Our room had two large windows on 2 different walls which was really nice. The rooms were slightly warmer than we are used to however the windows did open which helped a lot. Room had a desk, mini fridge and a good amount of storage with a full length mirror. I would definitely stay again if I ever return to Munich
No, everything was great.

The car parking was confusing. Map given to be able to find the carpark is in German so we couldn’t read it! They give you a pass to park the car but you have to return it once you’ve parked your car but then you need to get the pass from them again to get out of the car park. Very limited parking out the front so this process was painful and if you were wanting to use your car during your stay this would not work. Thankfully we just parked our car and left it there until our check out. Outside the car parking great place very clean, comfortable and great breakfast buffet

The tram stop is right in front of the hotel, the central train station is a 5-10 minute walk away, if desired, you can reach the centre can be reached by 20 minutes on foot, it has a nice breakfast, there is a Turkish restaurant right next to the hotel or if desired, there is an Italian restaurant of the hotel for dinner. The employees are ready to help with regards, the family room was very well designed, we wanted to travel a little more after check-out, they kept our suitcases for free, we would also like to thank the brunette gentleman in the welcome area and the lady with glasses, if we come back to the munich, the hotel is clear.

Excellent location next to the main Munich train station (a 5 minute walk and you're on platforms 5-10), also local public transit has a tram running every 4 minutes that picks up at the corner next to the hotel and made getting around extremely easy! The 18 and 19 tram lines connected to many major spots in the city, and we could transfer to another tram or U line to get anywhere we needed to go. The hotel is 2 blocks from where Octoberfest and the Tollwood Winter Fest are held. A couple decent restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was fantastic - so many options and everything was fresh. The rooms had mini splits which made the heat control very easy. Comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, loved the rainfall shower, very clean! The hairdryer is very helpful for the cold weather. Loved the shampoo and lotion scents. All the staff were lovely. Wish I was still there!
