The sufficient facility is provided with the clean condition in the room. The staff gave the malfunction of hot water boiler at check-in time, which was the national holiday" and it was rectified on the next day as he explained.

I'd like t suggest the regular check and cleaning of bird droppings on the terrace.

The convenient location. The size of the bedroom and bathroom. Excellent lighting in bathroom and with a great shower. Very comfortable beds. Very clean.

We arrived out of reception hours and found it a little difficult to enter the hotel. The location was convenient but I felt slightly uneasy around the streets. However most cities now have these atmospheres.

Great service. Answered all the questions and even upgrade me to a room on a top floor when I told them I was a light sleeper. There is a tram below in front of the hotel, but they have basically bullet proof windows, so no issues at all.

Handy fridge yet the few items i consumed were never replaced. Shutters make room dark but dont keep out the constant noise from 3(!) tram lines, cars, trucks at work in renovations on 2 huge buildings next door. I could even hear passers by talking! Bed was wide but mattress far too soft to be comfortable. Lighting was fine.

Knowing area is busy I asked a higher floor room over 6 months in advance but they ''..forgot to file this into the system''. Ended up with a room on the 1st floor (thats much lower than other 1st floors in hotels opposite). They said, by email, they ''would block a nice room on a higher floor'' and this gives me second thoughts if i want to return. My sleep quality, among good design, was bad on all nights. They had no idea of how to compensate this replying '' we are fully booked''...( Just to show some concern...what about only one free breakfast?) Reception closes for 3 hours at noon and after 23.00hrs. Checking in is after 15.00.

Very convenient location for train travel as it is a 5-minute walk from the station. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are good sized. They also provide an initial couple of beers and water and juice in the mini fridge for no added cost, the cost is incurred if you request a refill, nice touch. Also, good coffee in the room another big plus. The breakfast is at the restaurant with a good selection and the offer for fried and or scrambled eggs. Would not hesitate to book again for the convenience to the train station.

Really was not a problem but reception is not always there, if that is something you like in a hotel.

We experienced very hot weather on all three days of our mother-daughter stay in Munich and were so happy to have a cool sanctuary to return to during the day and especially at night. The staff were all very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and it is very easy to get around in and around the city from this location.

We aren’t bothered much by traffic noises, because we live in a city as well, but I could imagine that our second floor room overlooking the street and the streetcars below could be problematic for light sleepers. There are shades that completely block out light, but you can hear the rumbling of the streetcars. There are rooms that face out back though, so you could just ask for one of them.

We traveled with my eight-year-old son. We are leaving with very good memories. Mr. Alexander, Reza and Gaby are doing a great job. They do their job in a very friendly atmosphere. In this sincerity, there is also complete professionalism. The location of the hotel cannot be better. Karlzplatz is 2 minutes away on foot. From here, you can reach Marienplatze in 7-8 minutes walk on a straight, traffic-free, very fun and lively street. In other words, you are very close to all the important points in the center of Munich. There are many markets and food and beverage shops around the hotel. The tram passes right in front of it. The Junior Suite we stayed in is decorated very smartly and with quality materials. It is very large. In fact, it looks bigger than it is thanks to the smart decoration. Giant TV screen, perfect air conditioning, safe, refrigerator, coffee machine. I loved their application of “Don’t take housekeeping, let us give you coffee capsules instead as gift”👍 Breakfast in the shop next door was very sufficiant. All the staff there were very kind and friendly. They were very friendly (as always) for late check-out. I recommend it not only to couples with children, but to all travelers from any ages. You can make a reservation without any doubt. Forza FC München 😉

What an absolute gem! Upon check-in we were greeted by the friendliest of staff who provided many helpful recommendations for our stay. Our room was clean and modern with fun decor (the art).We enjoyed thick glass windows that fully open to let in fresh outdoor air, and full blackout shades for a phenomenal sleep, with very comfy bed and pillows. Complementary mini bar fridge was such a nice touch along with the option to forego cleaning in favor of some treats. That’s not all, a huge tv with Netflix and a heated towel rack and rainfall shower were the icing on the cake. The location is ideal, very close to train station and metro stops and a beautiful short walk via a bakery and shop-lined promenade to Marienplatz and center city. If I’m ever lucky enough to re-visit Munich, no question I’m staying here.

Clean and modern hotel with extremely friendly stuff. There is a coffee machine and a stocked minibar in the room. Location is quite good - close to historical center of Munich and at the same time close to the train station so that you can easily travel to other cities as well if you wish. Due to its close location to the train station it may not always be a pleasant walk in the evening in surroundings, but still we didn't face any real problems with it. Will definitely choose this hotel for the next trip to Munich.

The location was fantastatic close any transportation you would need . And the staff are the best , especially Richard who is just amazing ! Rooms are huge and very well designed . Although it’s next to a station , their found proof was great and I slept like a baby ! The water pressure is perfect as well in the shower .

Mmmm, the toiletries didn’t include a shower cap or a lotion . Would have loved slippers . When I arrived there was no hot water but that got fixed soon enough .
