Good location close to all I needed.

The tap in the bathroom hit the mirror so you couldn’t run just the cold water. The shower sprayed water into the bathroom area.

Great location ( 5 min walk from the main train station, 5 min to the main shopping street) Lufthansa express bus stop from the airport in also only 5 min walk. The room is exactly as on the pictures) the hotel is pretty new or very well maintained)) great staff, highly recommend))

Close to the main station. The room had almost what I always look for when searching for a hotel, i.e. Electric kettle, Minibar, Slippers, Full-length mirror to speak of. The receptionists I encountered were very helpful and pleasant.

I wanted to see at least a couple of hooks in the room for coats or bulky garments, but I found none. I also wanted to see a decent size hooks in the bathroom for the towels but there was only one small one and far away from the shower. Also, I mentioned this to the receptionist, but the "Occupied" and "Vacant" signage at each room in the Chinese characters were opposite. Therefore, if one could not read English, that would be a trouble waiting to happen. The receptionist told me that someone else had already reported this, and they plan to change it. And this is for each room in this hotel!

We only stayed one night at Hotel Bayer's, but it was a great experience. The hotel is located directly across from Munich's main train station, making it incredibly convenient, especially for easy access to the airport. It's also just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, which was perfect for a short visit. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and very quiet, ideal for a restful night after a day of travel. Also every hotel staff we interacted with was super friendly and kind, which made our brief stay even more enjoyable. We hope the team enjoyed the Tim Tam biscuits we left at reception as a small thank you :) Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Munich

Spacious and modern room in a central location at Karlsplatz.

It was too noisy outside and it seems like there was no soundproof. An optional addition for breakfast would be great.

Very good location for anyone arriving by train. The hotel was easy to find, even with all the building works going on around the station. The room (there were 3 of us) was very large - bigger than I had expected. The room was a good temperature (it was hot outside). We closed the window overnight because of the noise from the traffic, but the room temperature was still fine. Having the window closed meant the room was quiet. The bathroom is private - there is a glass door but there is a blind and you can't see through it. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. You can leave your bags with them when you check out if you wish. I would stay here again.

Nothing.

The room was spacious and clean.

My 5 year old likes to watch TV and there was no tv in the room even though it was mentioned in the description. Also, I could hear the construction and people on the road even though we were on the 5th floor. It was very expensive per night. I requested the iron and the iron stand and the reception said I have to carry everything. The man said he's by himself and he can't help. Also, there was a large glass wall in the bathroom. The blinds weren't very good. I was sharing a room with my mom and even she felt awkward using the bathroom since anyone in the room could see inside the bathroom. She used the bathroom with the light turned off.

This hotel is in a short walking distance from main train station and heart of the city and for sure has the most central location.

-Outside of the room and in common areas there was very intensive smell of a chemical (something like paint or detergents) that you could barely breathe. - Although the room was in the 5th floor and not directly facing to the main street but you could hear (very well) what is going on in the street. This was not very distracting or annoying but if you are sensitive for street noise, keep this in mind (this is due to the fact that the windows and in general the building is old and do not have modern and isolated doors/windows)

The hotel was conveniently located close to Karlsplatz station and close to many food options. It was only a 12 minute walk to the city centre. The room itself was very spacious and included a fridge and complimentary bottled water. The lady at the front desk that checked me in answered all my questions and was the sweetest. She told me which areas to avoid as a female travelling alone and gave me plenty of details for how to get to the airport the following day.

I was deciding between Aloft and Hotel Bayers, but my daughter chose Hotel Bayers because she thought it looked more pleasing. I'm glad we went with her choice. The hotel is conveniently located between Hbf and Stachus stations. A short walk away from the Marienplatz and surrounding attractions. Our reception staff was welcoming and friendly, and very kindly allowed us to check in slightly earlier than the check in time, for which we were very grateful. The room was clean, big, and cosy! Daily restock of water and coffee was a nice bonus. It might be good to mention that you can see through the bathroom blinds from the room, so something to note for friends or relatives sharing. Thanks for making our trip a wonderful one!
