Location : Only 1.6 km to the center of munchen. Parking : Horrible to find parking sometimes. Breakfast : Good, had the usual stuff, Egg, bacon, pastries, bread and something to put on the bread. cereal, juices milk and etc.... Staff : Everybody where nice and welcoming. Area : lots of restaurants and everything in the walking distance of what you would need. Rooms : We had 3 rooms, 1 quad room, 1 double and a single rooms, the double and the single room where good. The room for 4 people was in overall good state and everything was fine but there had been some water damages on the one of the walls which was a outer wall which resulted into a mold-like smell but we did not see any mold on the walls. Overall : Nice stay and a friendly atmosphere, would we go there again.........Yes.

Hotel and room was very new and modern. The staff was friendly and the aircon was a life saver. The location suited us and we could walk to the sites we wanted to see. There was also several restaurants close by and a store for the essentials. The underground train was also very close.

Room was to small for 3 people. If you open the sleeper couch there wasn't enough room. The shower and toilet share one door so you can either close the one or the other. Might be a problem for some. I would have liked a kettle or small fridge so that you don't have to go out for everything you want to eat or drink.

Lovely Hotel, good location close to city centre. Great bed/pillows - very comfortable. Lovely welcoming hotel entrance with an awesome orange Vespa 🛵 and great photography decor throughout the Hotel and in the rooms. Good ventilation /heating in the rooms and a window with a view. Modern and upbeat.

Whilst we agree with the eco-friendly concept, it felt different (but not difficult) to ask for the rubbish removal after a few days and fresh towels. In addition, the bathroom/toilet one-door policy was also quite different, as was the motion sensor light in the toilet. But overall it was upbeat and moving with the times… a tad noisey at times from street noise (sirens) and loud neighbours.

The staff helped translate when the airport lost my luggage. breakfast was a decent spread for an extra fee. the parking was very steep and narrow, but street parking was very rare in the area. Very quick access to the train.

Our party had 3 rooms, and the hotel and all rooms were very clean and fresh. Great size, towels and toiletries provided. Breakfast was great. Lots of continental options, plus bacon and eggs. Location is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance, but if you do struggle to get around physically, the whole city transport system is second to none. Beautiful city, beautiful hotel and will stay again. Thanks.

No kettle in the rooms, but that's just us English wanting a cup of tea when we wake. However, there are numerous teas and coffees in the lounge area you can take to your room.

The hotel is very clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The location is just outside the tourist center but super convenient to public transportation, bakeries, and restaurants. It is only about a 20 minute pleasant walk to Marienplatz. It has a beautiful Italian restaurant with a garden area where you can relax and enjoy a coffee or meal. The girls working the front desk spoke perfect English and were extremely helpful with suggestions of where to eat in the local neighborhood.

One thing that stood out was the lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Typically, if it's not available in the room they'll provide it free of charge in the lobby, however it had to be purchased. Not a big deal, but sort of an unexpected downside to an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

The air conditioning was great, almost too cold. The mattress was firm and comfortable. The room is located very close to a subway and bus stop. We enjoyed the access to the variety of bakeries and restarants.

The breakfast seemed a bit expensive. We preferred to get breakfast and coffee at the bakery down the road. We would have loved to have a small washcloth for washing our faces. A booklet with favorite nearby restaurants or attractions would have been nice too.

The location is fantastic, very central and easy to get to everywhere you'd want to for a long weekend in Munich. Considering how expensive hotels in this city can be, this one offered better value and we were pleasantly surprised with the overall experience.

The toilet/ shower situation if could be an interesting one if you're with someone other than a partner. There's one door you can close either the shower or the toilet with. Our room also had a glass sided wall facing into the room with just a short shutter that didn't stay closed properly to provide privacy! We had the same issues with the window shutters as other guests previously mentioned... they're really not effective at shutting out light. Luckily we're not light sleepers so weren't overly bothered and were only staying 2 nights.

The location is great - very close to metro station, the center is within walking distance (appr. 15 min.), and the area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants and cafes to eat out. The facilities were good, I appreciate the room has air conditioning.

I put the score down for the hotel's policy not to clean rooms during the stay. They explained it as an environmentally friendly practice, but I believe it's simply a cost-cutting measure. I approve of hotels offering shower gel in wall-mounted dispensers instead of small bottles, as this is eco-friendly and cost-effective. However, not cleaning the rooms and suggesting that we can always request towels and toilet paper does not meet the level of comfort I expect from a hotel.

Good location (20 mins walking distance to train station, subway station 100m away), quiet room (facing toward the garden), nice staff, good breakfast, cosy garden. Lots of restaurants nearby (including a beerhouse, an excellent pizza place right by the hotel, cocktails, tapas, doner, you name it; there's even an uighur place, first one I've encountered).

Furniture a bit run down, common door for toilet and shower (sometimes you need to do both if more than one occupant in the room), supermarket a bit far away, some of the staff don't speak English, but do understand the universal sign language for toilet paper or towels :)
