Excellent location, very clean and comfortable rooms, and you get a free beer if you turn down room service!

Location
The booking was made January 2024 for a stay in May 2024 at a price of €245. Two days before arriving I checked the route to the hotel and noticed THE SAME ROOM FOR SAME DATES at €168. When mentioning that at reception we received an awkward smile and paid €245.

Excellent location - all 3-5 min walking distance to/from the main train station, S-bahn stop to Munich Intl airport, famous Munich attractions. Many restaurants and bakeries nearby. The room was very clean, comfortable, quiet and reasonably priced. Super comfy beds for me and my two adult kids. There is so much to see in Munich so we only go back to our room to shower and rest/sleep. Check-in was very fast.
No glasses or mugs in the room. And, there was a water disruption starting at 9.30am on the last day we stayed there so we checked out early. The hotel in general is very good, but we just wished we had known much earlier about the water disruption.

This is a perfect location within a couple of blocks to train and bus station. Also all tours leave a block away. The Marinplatz is very close as well as many coffee shops, shopping and the clock tower is a must to see. If you decline room service you get a free German beer that day! So worth it. There were a variety of choices for breakfast. Yvonne at the front desk was very helpful in answering my questions as were they all.
The room was abit small however as a solo traveller it was adequate and location outweighs size as spent little time in actual room during the day. Enjoyed the street view looking out of my 5th floor view.

The location was perfect for arrival by train the room was clean modern and well kept. sink outside the bathroom worked well as well! The staff were very accommodating, I needed to leave my power pack for my phone on charge the morning we checked out and were leaving our bags for the day, when I came back it was fully charged up, this was a big held due to phone on its last drop of energy for flight tickets! The baggage leaving facility was really useful as our flight was later in the evening. All said I would definitely use the hotel again! Also the breakfast was fabulous!
I stayed in a hotel for two nights before in Nuremburg and they had put in an extension lead plugged into one of the main sockets which included a USB charging point, I know older hotels don't tend to have USB points and rewiring a room just for this is ridiculous - but this simple solution to have an extension lead plugged into the wall which includes USB sockets is a simple one that works, everybody looks for USB charging points in hotels these days!

We did not have breakfast , but i like the cozy soul of the room , silence and big. Very good location, close to both Munich Central Station and Karlsplatz. Everything at the hotel was nice and we had no problems during our stay. Since our flight was in the evening, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel free of charge and picked it up comfortably later in the afternoon. Also, if you choose to skip room cleaning, they offer you a complimentary drink each day — a nice little gesture!
There may be a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. We checked in around 3 PM and the check-out time was 11 AM. Extending the check-out by one hour costs €15 — it would be nice if the hotel could be a bit more flexible on that.

The properly is in the prime location of Munich, very close to all the tourist attractions and above all the main train station is just 2 to 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The bus and tram station is just a stone throw from the hotel. I also like the fact that the Gray Line meeting point is spot on near the hotel. This hotel is perfect for solo traveller and for a short stay. The staffs are helpful too. There are lots of restaurants and Cafe just near the hotel.
I don’t have any complain whatsoever. However, I do think it would be great if the hotel provides kettle and glass in the room.

This hotel has a GREAT location. Super close to train station, subway lines, and main town. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the price was very reasonable for the location and what we got. There's also a lot of good little restaurants and shopping within walking distance!
The beds were very hard, and therefore I found them to be uncomfortable, but I am notoriously picky about beds. The pillows were also terrible, they seemed like someone had ripped pillows apart and then shoved the remains into a new pillow case? Very lumpy but also somehow not supportive at all. The front desk clerks were very nice to give us extras but they were still not better. Also some rooms face the main road and the main road is LOUD. There is a light rail outside, drunk people walking/yelling/singing, and cars zooming past at all hours of the night. I personally don't mind the noise, but I can imagine that people who are used to sleeping in silence would not be able to get any sleep if they had a street facing room.

Hotel is a great location with a simple walk from the main station. Also a very easy walk to Marienplatz. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and appreciated how kind they were. The breakfast has a good spread, and the beds were soft and comfortable. Showers were a decent size!
Some of the double rooms are smaller than others, but still had plenty of room for being so close to everything in Munich! Hotel worked hard to make sure the front of the hotel was kept clean, just watch for other places along the street to not have as high of a standard.

Everything was nice. Hotel location is very close to karlzplatz stachus station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very good and had all basics I needed. They even had an eco friendly system whereby you get either a free beer and/or water if you choose not to clean your room on a particular day.
There was no phone to call the receptionist. There was no mini bar in the room. To overcome lack of mini bar, they offered to keep the food I brought in the cafeteria fridge but you need to go down from your room and ask receptionist to get it for you.
