Excellent breakfast; the hotel is not centrally located, but there are several options to get to the city centre in 25-30 minutes (S-bahn, U-bahn and tramway stops are all within walking distance); the underground private parking is really convenient (€15,00/day).

The sofa bed was rather uncomfortable. Very bad value for money (however, we were in Munich for the UCL final).

The hotel’s location is excellent because it’s very close to the U-Bahn, specifically the final stop on the U3 line, which makes everything easily accessible — from Marienplatz to the Allianz Arena with just one transfer. The hotel has outstanding staff; it’s hard to single anyone out, but perhaps during breakfast, two employees truly stand out for making sure that nothing is ever missing — and they do it exceptionally well. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, so it’s better to choose a room facing the courtyard if you want complete silence. There’s also a 24-hour drink vending machine in the lobby, which is extremely convenient if you arrive late and want a glass of sparkling wine, a beer, or perhaps something non-alcoholic. In the area, a must-visit spot is Café Bar Libero, which offers exceptional service and the best authentic Italian coffee — definitely worth a visit.

The location was great- public transport into the city, S-bahn, U-bahn and trams were only a 10 minute walk away. Travel into the main square took about 20 minutes by public transport. The S-bahn to and from the airport takes about 40 minutes and is every 20 minutes. Opposite the hotel was an authentic Bavarian bar & restaurant, Alter Wirt, which I would recommend for evening meals. Breakfast at the hotel was good and the staff were very helpful. I would use this hotel again if I was visiting Munich.

Nothing. It was everything that I expected. Nothing bad to say about the hotel.

We were here for Oktoberfest so centrality and ease of transport was a must. The nearest tram and train station is only a 3-5 minute walk which will take you into the city centre within 20 minutes. This was fantastic and so convenient. The room was very clean and quiet with regular room service and generous top ups of anything you needed when asked- towels, water, and plenty of coffee pods for the machine in your room. There are nearby bakeries for yummy short eats and croissants and coffee in the mornings, and a great Pizza

There is nothing coming to mind which I can fault. I enjoyed my stay here.

We arrived late in the night from the airport and we appreciated the 24/7 reception and also the location close to the S1 S-bahn. Excellent breakfast. The double bed is very comfortable.

The additional bed was pretty small and a bit uncomfortable. Even though we only stayed for one night at the hotel, at 8 AM someone from housekeeping knocked loudly on our door and woke us up. It's true that we hadn't put the DND sign on the door, but we were there for only one night and arrived very late, so housekeeping service was not expected.

Welcoming staff, you can get water, tea, coffee refill, close to the metro and tram stops (you can get to the railway station in 20 minutes) and walk to the palace. Nice breakfast but a bit pricey. Spacious room, mattress was comfy, there was hot water. Overall nice stay.

We were told twice that the iron was in the room, but it wasn’t. We ended up asking the iron at the reception, and we got it. We also were not aware that the amount for the stay will be blocked on the card. There is a coffee machine in the room, but it would be nice to have a kettle. There was no shampoo in the room.

The location was great. S line direct from the airport. A tram stop right beside the hotel was a bonus. All the staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and very nice and staff very friendly. The room was big enough for us and the bathroom was spacious. For those on a budget and not expecting the Ritz I would highly recommend this hotel. There were lots of nice independent restaurants and bars close by. Could recommend the Alter Wirt, opposite the hotel, for authentic food and atmosphere.

Only gripe was lack of english television channels on the tv.

Location was excellent. Room provided our basic necessities. It was clean & tidy and serviced daily. We enjoyed a Continental breakfast (with a German twist) at the hotel. The staff were polite and friendly and always accommodating. Parking was available for our hired vehicle which was such a benefit.

The twin beds were really firm & each bed had its own single bed linen. This proved to be problematic for a married couple. Some days the coffee pods and creamer had not been replenished.

I stayed her for six nights and enjoyed it. Room was super clean, bathroom was spacious, breakfast was good and location was very convienient. There is a Tram 20 which takes you to Karlplatz and Haufbhanauf or take U3 to Marienplatz. Even the train S1 to Munich Airport is nearby ( take the bogies which are outside the trainplatform roof, means the last compartments. The train splits into two, you dont want to reach somehere else. Tram and train in 5-7 min distance. Beer garden and restuarants nearby are good. There is also supermarket next to the hotel. If you cant read German, go to the restuarant owned by a Pakistani guy, which is near the Tram 20 station.. Here you will get German as well as some Indian food. Restuarnt is quite happenning as they also show football match and have happy hour.

Cant think of anything I didnt like. Instead of sparkeling water, it would be nice to have Still water, not everyone can drink soda or gas water.

The room was very clean. I really liked the big, comfortable bed, the closet and small refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and accommodating too. When I found out that I was going to be arriving in Munich earlier than I originally thought, they let me check in earlier than planned.

I wasn't crazy about the design of the bathroom. The shower was actually in the main room with the bed, TV, chairs, etc. I had never seen anything like that before. The shower was clean and modern, but I would have preferred a traditional bathroom with a toilet and shower. Speaking of the toilet, the seating was cramped, sort of like in an airplane.
