Top location in the center of the city, markets, shop, restaurants, the White tower are just minutes away. This makes it a little noisy but not unbearable, and the soundproofing is okay. Comfy beds and spacious rooms, the breakfast was very nice. The parking they work with is close to the hotel. The restaurant staff were very friendly and nice.

The hotel is a little outdated, and the elevator is very narrow. Very bad communication upon arrival with the gentleman at the reception. My partner went to the reception to ask for directions to the parking while I was waiting with the car parked nearby. The gentleman refused to give him or me over the phone directions. Made me turn around with the car, park in front of the hotel, which is a forbidden move, and then mansplained to me how to find the parking. It is actually very easy, and he drew over a map. Could have done it since the beginning. Felt very bitter from this "welcome." Thankfully, it was a nice stay in general

The greatest advantage of Le Palace was its location. I could reach everywhere I wanted to go by some minutes of walking. It is on to the Tsimiski shopping street and restaurants of Ladadika. Room was spacious and soundproof. Breakfast was sufficient. Hotel, breakfast room and rooms were clean.

Rooms need renovation. Bed was very uncomfortable. Two twin beds were combined. Thus, gap between the beds gave a lot of discomfort. I needed to combine the separated beds several times. There were very few sockets in the room. There was none in the bathroom. There was a large dressing table, but most of the table was taken up by the television.

We stayed only 1 night as we continued our trip to Kavala for a business meeting. So the location was perfect, in the beginning we had difficulties to find itm probably light box could solve this problem. The concierge/night shift receptionist was very helpful and provided detailed information that made it easier for us to find the perfect place for dinner and visit all the desired places in a short time before we left for Kavala. Day shift reception personnel also was very kind and helpful - ordered us Taxi and kept my belongings I accidentally forgot there, being in a hurry, until I returned after 3 days. room was clean, and the water flow was impressive. breakfast - as we were on an Orthodox fasting, the most important thing was that we could find what to eat, so it was quite varied and tasty. Those colorful pillows over there made the space comfortable.

Just add a Light box - if the Signboard Le Palace Hotel is lit, it would help visitors to find it. It was strange that the cafe in front of the hotel (in the corner) didn't know that Le Palace Hotel is located in front of them. My friend thought that the price was high and we could find cheaper option in Thessaloniki, probably whe was right, but we stayed only 1 night, so we chose it

Amazing location, right at that centre, 5 mins walk from Aristotelous and the new metro station of Venizelou, which doubles up as a museum.. Hotel is renovated, well designed and the rooms are quite large and with high ceilings and great light. Breakfast room was also very nice and breakfast itself was very good.

We could have used a lot more closet space and there were some details that would have made our stay easier, such as towel hooks in the bathroom, and possibly an extra chair in the room, as the couch had been turned into a bed for our family stay. Nonetheless, this was an amazing choice for city centre Thessaloniki.

The location is excellent, if you want to be right at the heart of Thessaloniki There is a good variety of options for breakfast, but having stayed at this hotel a few years ago, I feel the standard has slipped a bit. Still ok selection though, especially the local breakfast options a tourist should try- like cream pie bougatsa When I stay here again, I will probably ensure I have upgraded to one of the better rooms - the quality of finish is significantly varied, especially when booking a smaller room

Nice, friendly staff in all departments. Check-in was quick and I was reminded of a refund due to me that I had forgotten about, and the iron and ironing board I had requested to borrow were already in the room when we arrived - that's brilliant service. Breakfast was a huge selection of hot and cold options - you will not go hungry ! Room was large with a comfortable bed and large sofa. Location is excellent - right on Tsimiski Street with all its shopping; dining options in all directions. Waterfront promenade 2 blocks away as is Aristotle Square. History is everywhere !

Aircon kept malfunctioning which required re-setting by reception.

The location is top (very central), the room was big and clean. Eventhough we were staying on the 1st floor it was very quiet when the windows were shut, considering the noisy streets. The breakfast was very good as well. A nice variety of food, very fresh and tasty. Dogs are allowed! <3 The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful.

We would have prefered an acutall double bed, not two single beds moved together but other than that there’s really nothing to complain about.

The location is perfect. All important tourist attractions of the city, promenade, restaurants, cafes, shopping streets are within walking distance. The view from the room is beautiful on buildings with imposing facades. An exceptionally rich breakfast and professional, friendly, accommodating staff contribute to a pleasant stay

There is nothing that I would characterize as not liking.Perhaps a slightly larger dining room would contribute to even greater enjoyment.The kitchen staff's dedication to their work contributes to the fact that even in this insufficiently large space the guest feels good enough.

The staff was fantastic. Very professional, kind and helpful. The location was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate were available in the breakfast room all the time (though I would have enjoyed making coffee in my room). Breakfast was served every morning. It was always tasty and fresh with enough variety for a 3 night stay. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and stay again myself.

Could use more electric outlets in the room, especially by the bed. Other than that everything was fine.

The location is excellent, right on the mail street. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking is few minutes from the hotel. Bed is comfortable. Decent breakfast.

The breakfast room is very small although we didn’t have trouble finding the table. Be aware that it can be noisy as it is on the mail street. They have a really nice working room on the first floor which is only open from 16 h - I don’t understand why.
