Great AC, great common room with an airy, modern kitchen. Very fresh and modern bathroom and restroom, which are directly inside the dormatories. Very friendly staff with good information about touristic questions. Jokes about Greek gods on doors. Very central location, towels and linen included.

Very loud music in the bar (but good view of the park and church below). No table nor chair in the rooms. No shelf in bathroom. Nowhere to change clothes in the room if you want some privacy.

Guys, please give people a backup roll of toilet paper, especially if they're going to be there several days. It's not a great situation to need it, but the only way to get it is to ask reception. Also, maybe rearrange things in the vending machine so they don't get stuck. 2/2 things I tried to buy got stuck. One I managed to get, the other Is stuck there for eternity

Fantastic atmosphere in the hostel, helpful staff, great common room with sofas and places to work. Awesome design- modern, fresh, funky. The location was great too - 10 mins to the sea.

Our double room was noisy- noise was coming from outside, from common room above (I think it was vacuum cleaner in the morning) and also from bed (we couldn't move without very noisy sound). I didn't have any singe night with good sleep. If you are booking double room keep in mind that washbasin is place without any wall between bedroom.

The hotel was amazing. If you are traveling to Thessaloniki, I would highly recommend it. It was easily accessible and well-connected to other places. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the hall was quiet, so I had a very good sleep after some exhausting days. Everything was clean and well-kept. I also enjoyed the view from the common room while having breakfast.

The room could have been a little larger, but it’s not an issue if others wake up at different times. Other than that, everything was great. I’d say — don’t overthink it, just book if you’re heading to Thessaloniki.

The location is perfect, it's close to public transportation and many attractions of Thessaloniki. I couldn't even have wished for better staff and community at the hostel - everyone at the reception was very helpful and friendly. There are plenty of community events and guided tours organized by the hostel for free or at a very friendly price. If you travel solo and want to meet others this is the perfect place to do so, but nobody will bother you if you want a little peace and quiet. The beds are very comfortable and spacious, however the top bunks are a little tricky to climb into, so if you feel that would give you trouble try and request a bottom one. Everything is clean and tidy. You can safely lock your stuff in the large boxes below the bottom bunk. I travelled with a free flight carry on, a larger suitcase may not fit in there though. In my experience the halls were surprisingly quiet during the night.

I genuinely loved staying at this hostel. Everything was super clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and I got fresh towels every single day — such a small detail, but it made a big difference. After spending the day relaxing by the sea, it was so nice to return to a calm, cool room that felt like a little retreat. It truly felt like home for the week. I totally recommend this place to anyone — it’s a gem.

Good location for walking the city.. Common room very spacious with nice kitchen. Rooftop bar with snacks.. 4 person female dorm had own separate shower and toilet.

It's a luxury hostel with great amenities beyond the typical hostel experience. Employees at the reception are so friendly and knowledgeable about all things around travel and the city/region.

The room has a bit of weird smell due - it's only AC so no fresh air can ever get into the room. The hostel kitchen is busy in the morning due to the breakfast served to the guests which means there is no space for preparing your own meal (e.g. if you have food allergies like me) and the breakfast staff frowns upon you for standing in the way if you wish to do so.

I absolutely loved my stay at Zeus Is Loose — one of the best hostels I’ve ever been to. You can feel the love for details in everything: the design, the kitchen setup, the rooftop bar, the common spaces. The people I met there — solo travelers from all walks of life, aged 25 to 55 — made the experience even richer. We even connected a laptop to the big TV in the lounge and binge-watched shows together while it rained outside — pure magic. The kitchen is well-equipped, and hostel guests get a discount at the rooftop bar, which is a lovely touch.

The only thing I missed was a full-length mirror in the room or on the floor. There’s only a small mirror in the bathroom with poor lighting and one downstairs in the hall. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended — a place with soul, heart and a great vibe for solo travelers.

I have been in plenty of hostels in Europe and Asia. I can certaintly say that this was the best of them by far. Clean and modern installations. Nice common room. Fancy bar upstairs with a terrace. Nice crowd of travellers. Excellent location. Comfortable and private bunkbeds with space to store your belongings. The bathrooms were clean and very private. You can really see that they paid attention to all details and that they keep a consistent design and modern-mythology theme throughout. I had the chance of meeting one of the co-owners, Costas, who was very nice and welcoming. All in all, fully recommended!

Just to point something constructive out: the bathrooms could profit from some mechanical exhaust fans to remove excess moist after showering.
