Easy check in, modern, clean and comfortable. Free car park. 15 mins walk to harbour with some nice restaurants.

The flooring was unique if a little bit uncomfortable on the feet.

Location was great, 10 minutes walk to the pool and hot pools and 15 minutes to restaurants. No staff as automated checkin. All good.

Just little things annoying. Plugs by bedside were at floor level behind the cabinet - they were also angled at 45 degrees making them really awkward to get the adapter in. Window looked out onto the street and curtains not able to block out the window so schoolkids in the morning coukd see into room. Nothing major and I suppose I'm being pedantic but the host messaged me for a review, so this is it. The following night the next guesthouse had almost exactly the same layout but everything had been well thought out.

The bedroom size is huge, so you can fit your stuff easily. The bed is super comfortable. The self check in work just fine. The bedroom has heater and it worked very good (considering the size of the room).

They could provide more coffee/tea bags (we had only 2, which we had in the night and unfortunatelly didn't have for the next morning). The bathroom has no delimitation in the floor for the water during shower, which makes some mess. The supermarket nearby close early and the other stores open till late doesn't have a lot of options (and it's expensive) so prepare yourself before go to your stay.

Floors concrete and pebbly and hurt when walking in stocking feet. Also floor was so dark, you can never tell if clean, bathroom floor good. No one in reception, had to call someone to give us key code for room. this room did not have a lighted keypad like most. this call cost me money being from the states. I thought an email was suppose to arrive, never did. weird chairs you really couldnt sit in. looked like a hand

The place is nicely located just at the entrance of Hofn, so it's really easy to find. There's even a gas station next to it if you need to refuel. The room was spacious, comfortable and kind of roomy!. After a long driving session, it was great to find such a comfy place to get some very needed rest!.

Nothing. While not perfect was EVERYTHING I needed. They even gifted me a lil books with pictures of Iceland at checkout!.

We got a code for the door & room via an e-mail & had no isssues. The room was a good size with a minimalist design. Easy access in & out of town.

No issues with the room. We had to leave town by 715 am to get to our kayak tour & found no place for breakfast except the gas station next door that opened at 7am.

All was good with this facility. We want to acknowledge the owner’s timely assistance when we experienced major internet disruption caused by our home-based provider. Basically we had no way to connect to WiFi. The owner was quick to help us book day-trip activities via his computer. Much appreciated!!!

The Guesthouse is in town center and is not difficult to find. We stayed here for two nights. The room is spacious and clean, with some simple furniture. The bathroom is spacious and clean, too. Right in front of the Guesthouse is a gas station with a convenient store with tables for dining, where you can have your breakfast. There's a Netto supermarket in town where you can buy food. The host has sent us the room no. and door code two days before our arrival. Overall this is a very comfortable and clean room for our stay.

The room was spacious, and I liked the flooring design. However, the cleanliness of the room could have been better but it was good for the one night!

No staff were available to welcome us, and the building felt a bit outdated. We also had trouble with the door it wouldn’t lock unless we shut it forcefully. I would have mentioned this to staff, but none were present

We had a nice stay. The room was clean, beds comfy and the floor was really interesting. Check in was easy, location okay and we had some tea and coffee and a kettle. All in all, for the money we paid, can't complain.

The remote for the TV didn't work and after showering, half of the bathroom floor was soaking wet, since everything was on the same level. We didn't have anything to scrape the water off with. Also just a little note - the flag outside with different coutries' flags on it was upside down.
