The location is excellent. You'll get a great sunset view over the southern end of Gili Meno. The bungalow I stayed in (number 11) was very spacious, a big comfortable bed with mosquito nets overhead. A couple of handmade bedside lamps, shelf unit with stool, and a safe, a small fridge and air-conditioning. The bathroom was also spacious, I really liked the combination of pebbles and dark slabs under the shower. As expected, there was no hot water, though that really didn't matter as the weather is always so hot, so a cold (ish) shower is quite welcomed. The pool was clean and in full sunshine most of the day. There are a couple of cabanas next to it for some shade. On the whole the staff were friendly and helpful. The vegetarian curry was delicious, as were the vegetable spring rolls. Breakfast was pretty basic with a choice of eggs, toast, juices & coffee/tea. All in all, my friend and I enjoyed our stay.

Room 11 shares a wall with room 10, and I could hear the people in the next room really clearly. Over three nights, they talked & laughed until 3.30 am. Be aware that rooms 8 & 9, 10 & 11 (Delux rooms) share a wall. And as there's no insulation whatsoever voices carry very clearly between the rooms.

The bungalow was lovely, very clean and air con was brilliant, breakfast was great, restaurant attached has really good food and drinks, incredible location right on the beach. Gardens very beautiful, pool was fabulous. Dive center was fantastic service, awesome dive locations and good quality equipment and great guides. Will be back

I did like the showers, outside to the open air, the rocks in the bottom a nice touch just needs a cleaning.

Perfectly located in a quieter part of Gili Air. Sunsets are spectacular. Good for snorkeling too. + Rooms are very clean and well maintained. + Strong AC. + Fridge in the bungalow. + Good variety of options for breakfast. + On site restaurant offers BBQ dinners and nice selection of local and international dishes. + Unlimited water refills are a nice touch + Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The ability of the staff to be helpful with my requests, the condition of the rental bike, the mosquito netting around the bed, the access to a beach for sunset views...

The harbor was about a 10 minute bike ride but the bike rental places at the harbor are not necessarily open early enough to return a bike before taking an early boat, so some logistics need to be taken into account to get around if you have something other than a backpack.

The beauty of this place is its right on the beach (a bit further in then I expected) yet it felt so safe. The rooms are designed with outside areas to sit and chill and there is a main pool to socialise or be alone, the thing that made it that extra special for me was the staff, they are so friendly and welcoming and I loved hearing them play the guitar in the guitar. It was paradise

There is no room cleaning and the rooms are very thin so neighbours can be heard.

It was set right on the beach which is okay for swimming.It is set on the west side of the island which is a 20 minute walk from the port.Best way to get there is to walk across the island.

Staff not always up on the latest information. We had an early ferry the staff said no taxis before 8.00,We walked across to find lots of people using taxis.

The staff were all absolutely gorgeous and very hospitable. Great location on the beach for delicious breakfast and sunset drinks.

We didnt dislike anything however suggest the rooms and bathrooms have a few wall hooks to hang towels, bags, clothes, etc; perhaps bedside tables would be good also.

- We love the guys who are running the place, they made our hole stay on the Island. We even came back for the second time to stay with them, and we definitely would come back the next time. - The bungalow is simple, cute and the beds are comfortable. We like the garden, which gives a really tropical vibe to the place. - The wifi was fine, sometimes it needed a new log in. - There are different activities available - Every evening there is a bonfire on the beach, sometimes jamming sessions and cocktails are only 35k. - The fish from the bbq is the best! - They have bikes available to rent.

Some bungalows has hot showers and some don't, but this is very common in Indonesia.

We were worried about missing the boat to get to the island on time but Dean sorted us out after we asked to change the days. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re Muslim this place is definitely a go to. The sunsets on the beach which is on the doorstep was stunning. You can book anything through them with decent prices. We went for Eid prayer and we’re invited to his home with his beautiful family to eat. The staff even sorted my husband out with going to the gym. Anything we asked for they helped as much as they could.

We only wished we could have stayed longer :(

Second time here, and still wasn’t long enough! But it sure was a treat to see my boy Kasim and crew again! Place has grown a little since my last stay four years ago, pool and everything. Can’t really say enough about my experience when I visit this place, as it is very special to me, just like the rest of the island. Everything you need can be handled with the utmost care, from breakfast, bike rental, laundry, tours, etc. I’ll see y’all again soon!
