Everything about the pink coco was amazing ! The service, the staff, the look of the hotel, the food, the spa the cleanliness & all the little extra surprises were so lovely! I was made to feel so comfortable and they even checked in on me by text when the weather was really bad one evening. Little things go along way :) The hotel also smells amazing 🤩 almost smells pink haha . Breakfast great and so much choice . I literally couldn’t fault this hotel and would class it more like a 5 star ! Also had the best massage ever here ( on my last night unfortunately) otherwise I would have had more! I’ve had about 15 massages on my month long trip and this was by far the best! I think the lovely therapists name was Nunung . Everything at the whole hotel is so reasonably priced too! And the most amazing sunsets !! I would go back in a heartbeat ! The best memories and the best end to my trip I could ever have imagined 🥰

Very cozy hotel with modern rooms, great location and excellent client service! The workers are very caring and flexible for you to have the smoothest stay possible. The swimming pool is big and illuminated at night. They have a small library so I could even borrow a book to read during my stay. I had a massage and it was very great; the atmosphere as well as the quality. I would come again!

As much as I likedthe hotel, I wasn’t huge fan of the restaurant … It was okay, really depends on what you want (I loved the pink hummus and homemade bread and jam, but not so much the tiramisu, and the English muffin was dry) so I often went out for food. I would come again!

Great place to stay, absolutely stunning and the staff that could not be more helpful and helpful. We did not want to leave and will be back. Breakfast on the beach was fantastic fresh fruits nice cooked breakfast Really prefect. With two restaurants within the hotel you have a nice choice of foods. They have a young chef Muhtar that is a young master chef he will go far, we had the pleasure to have our 38th wedding anniversary during our stay and the staff made a nice table on the beach and Muhtar cooked us a special Indonesian meal lots of different plates from regions around Indonesia he typed the menu explaining what we were eating than you. Nice touch every hour a little surprise beside the pool….. Last but not least the girls at the spa looks after us with great massages. A excellent hotel we will come back.

HAVING TO LEAVE

Wow!! In our 4 months of travel this is hands down our favorite hotel on our journey. It lived up to its tag line of Constant Surprises - For Cool Adults Only. The people of the property, John who checked with us constantly to ensure we were having a good time, Rozi who attended to our every need in the dining area and Lorena, our Spanish buddy from Tenerife who made us feel like family - and not to forget Yuni who sorted out all of our transportation needs. We felt welcome from the moment we checked in and were lead to our Cocoon which was well appointed with a king size bed and huge bathroom with a unique shower. The TV has the necessary HDMI and USB ports to allow us to use our Google TV which was supported by a better than usual island WiFi. The room was serviced twice a day with two bottles of filtered water provided each time. The property is on the beach and a bit away from the main town, but there are shops and restaurants in both directions. PinkCoco features a wonderful restaurant with seating on the beach or on the second floor, where you can catch remarkable sunsets. The breakfast is from a menu with a variety of mains that also include coffee/tea, fruit juice smoothies, breads and unlimited selection of sides which is rather comprehensive (fruit plate, bacon, sausage, avocado, eggs, etc.) The pool has more than enough loungers and cabanas, we never were without seating. The property also has a spa that features a variety of massage packages, we chose the couples massage on mother's day. As for the surprises, they were plentiful but if I told you what they were, they wouldn't be a surprise. I can't say enough about this property and the wonderful people who make is such a cool place. Also, it was one of the first on our journey that really practiced sustainability - metal straws and hung towels are not replaced.

We went on our honeymoon and the stay was perfect - it truly exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. We were a bit worried about Bali belly, but everything went smoothly. The food was of great quality, and the meals we had at the hotel were also very good. The room was cozy, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. We had a small issue with the hot water at the beginning, but it was quickly resolved and we were even compensated. The hotel grounds are also excellent. There's a spa where we tried massages several times — all of them were relaxing, and once again, the staff was friendly and always smiling. The pool water was at a perfect temperature, and there were plenty of nice surprises throughout our stay. There were also some cats wandering around the hotel from time to time - super friendly and clearly well cared for. It was definitely a plus to see how the hotel looked after them. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. On our last day, we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel, and they kindly prepared a takeaway bag for us. We’d especially like to praise Noval - affectionately nicknamed “Ronaldo” - and Pan for their warmth and kindness. They will stay in our memories and in our hearts! Kind regards, Mónica & Marta

The hotel is beautiful and very well decorated. Lots of places to relax including the beautiful pool, oceanside bean bags and beach beds and a nice restaurant overlooking the ocean. The beach is especially great for sunsets. The staff is very welcoming and constantly check in with you. They leave notes and cookies in your room and come around offering free snacks during the day at times. Jan the customer service manager is really great and even gave us free massages as we stayed with the hotel for 10 nights

The hotel is located on the west side of the island which is not great for swimming and snorkeling as there is no sea life and you can't swim during low tide. The east side is much better with reefs and turtle spotting (about a 25 min walk from the hotel). The west side is great for sunsets though.

I can not describe just how good the service and the hotel was. The people were insanely friendly and always ready to help, there wasn’t a second of doubt they would compensate for anything. The food was good, the atmosphere was magnificent, it felt like a little heaven. I can’t praise this place enough for couples who want to have a getaway. The room was always clean and comfortable, the TV had Netflix, the bath in the room was super comfortable, the massage was very relaxing, everything in this hotel down to the place and the people was amazing, me and my husband couldn’t have chosen a better Honeymoon spot!

A little issue happened with water in the shower on one of the days, however it was very quickly fixed and the hotel personnel gave us a free massage + a free private bath with flowers, champagne and chocolate covered fruits as compensation! It was great and only a little issue which is completely expected to have on a remote island.

Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel so welcome. The pool area was stunning and perfect for relaxation, while the rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the breathtaking sunset views—absolutely magical and a must-see! The food was delicious, offering a variety of high-quality options that we thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the small surprises from the hotel staff throughout our stay added a personal and thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. This place exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Hotel is honestly and truly the most amazing one I have ever stayed at and that is not only because the Hotel itself is incredible, the food is amazing, the massage is the best and the rooms are wonderful clean and cosy but what makes this hotel truly stand out like no other are the people that work there and how they make you feel like you are the most valuable customer ever♥️. They are so incredibly caring and have lots of lovely surprises ready for their guests. They helped me suprise my friend for her birthday and even organised a cake for her and decorated the whole room. The rooms at cleaned twice a day and the afternoon crew puts out the pyjamas and slippers and writes a cute little quote on the mirrors as well as leaving a sweet on the pillow .. I mean seriously how awesome is that! I could go on and on but I will just say it was a wonderful time we had and I would like to specially thank Laurena and May for their wonderful service . I will be back for sure!!

Nothing everything was perfect!!!

This is, without a doubt, the best resort I’ve ever stayed in – and that’s saying a lot! I’ve been fortunate enough to experience some incredible 5-star (and beyond) resorts over the years, but none of them come close to this one. While it’s officially rated as a 3-star resort, the service and experience are absolutely 5-star. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and the warmest hospitality. The staff are incredibly attentive – nothing is ever too much trouble. The turn-down service was perfect, and the restaurant service was excellent no matter what time we dined. We also had the most amazing hot stone massages with Dea and Soniya – wow! These ladies are truly talented and gave some of the best massages we’ve ever had. A big shoutout to Jan, the Influencer Manager, who was absolutely fantastic as well. Everything was seamless, and we genuinely cannot fault a thing. We came here on a friend’s recommendation and would now recommend this resort to absolutely everyone. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!
