Well located, calm place to chill out and meet people. I booked the cheapest dorm bed at first for 2 nights without knowing it was a 11 persons dorm wirh not working AC and didn't like it. But I liked the place so much that I took 3 other nights in a 3 persons dorm and it was absolutely perfect! Staff was amazing.

Water tank was empty often when I wanted to refill my water bottle (so you should refill your bottle in the day to make sure someone in the staff can change the tank if needed). Bring your own soap for shower.

I was only going to stay for three days, but I extended it to seven — that shows how great my stay was! It’s about a three-minute walk to the beach, with restaurants really close by. The staff is very friendly and the bathrooms are clean. There’s complimentary toast, jam, and coffee for breakfast. It’s nothing fancy, but since it’s not mentioned in the accommodation’s listings, I think it’s a nice little bonus. For the price, it’s definitely worth it!

The cleaning could be better, and they might want to consider adding curtains to the dorm beds. One thing I personally found a bit inconvenient is that there’s no place to refill water — you have to buy it there or outside. Compared to other hostels I’ve stayed at, I think that’s a basic amenity.

Party hostel in a very good spot. Close to the beach, restaurants and wharf. Don’t miss the burgers! Best one in Asia. Fruit, egg, bread, fruits, coffee and juice for breakfast were the cherry on top of the cake. A lot of activities available like table tennis, darts, indoor climbing, pool… big rooms with comfy bed and clean bathroom. Highly recommend. Good price good vibe…

I had a great stay and management is very helpful and competent. Just a summary of points: * Great management * Super clean. There are a lot of people cleaning the whole day. * Good location * WiFi was good. I was able to do a backup pf all my pictures * Recommended zzz Restaurant (that's the name!) has great food and very good value * Will definitely stay here again

Only some minor things to make it perfect: * Cleaning guys should also take care of some minor repairs like toilet door locks. * Sometimes a noisy pump behind my room (I just put in ear plugs) was little disturbing * I did not like the snorkel tour so much, but not their fault. All shared tours are equal and lots of people at the same spot. Hardly any information from the crew and coral is not really great there. The statues in the water are unique, tough.

Beautiful hostel… very quiet with a free breakfast and orange on arrival. Staff very friendly. Comfortable bed and room.

No water everyday I think it’s a problem in Gili Air but they could have left a bucket of water to at least flush the toilet. Free breakfast but always missing cups, tea spoons or plates. Toaster didn’t work for 3 days.

Wonderful caring host who treats you like family, comfortable facilities, swimming pool, short walk to the beach and to bars and restaurants.

We loved this place. The location is perfect and it’s the cleanest, most welcoming hostel you’ll stay in. The rooms are so clean and tidy - the bathroom is exceptionally clean for a shared one. Cleaners work around the clock to make it look like a home. MOMO the pet monkey is so friendly and loves visits and our favourite part was the owners homemade Jam. She is so good at making it and we even bought some to take home. Such an accommodating host who we can’t wait to go back and visit. My children adored this place.

Everything, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are all super friendly and helpful! The pineapple jam at breakfast is Enak Sekali, the shower has hot water too! I stayed 4 nights and extended an extra night. Could of stayed longer. Would 100% stay again. Highley recommend.

The hotel is at the end of a street that is not lit at night, which was a little scary at first. But when you realise how safe the island is you soon get over it. Plus just use a torch to see where you're going

It was clean and spacious. Centrally located. Quiet and pretty. No bunk beds, it was just three single beds in a room which worked out great. Mattresses were very comfortable. Quilts were comfy too. Air con worked great. Pool is lovely :) there’s a chess set too! I had fun playing chess. The bathrooms are large and spacious as well.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, I was alone in two bed room, even though I booked a dormitory room. Room had a fan and the aircon. The pool area is nice. You get a basic complimentary breakfast. 2 minutes walk to the beach.

It's a dusty road to the hostel from the main road and it is poorly lightened. You don't get a towel during your stay.
