The hotel is beautiful. The treatment rooms were relaxing. The therapy suite was exceptional. My therapist Louisa was amazing and her professionalism was outstanding.

Even though the hotel was perfect in a lot of ways it was left down by the food in the Sadlier bar and the terrace lounge. I was also disappointed at breakfast when I discovered that the tables were extremely close to each other and on the second morning I was so close to the couple beside me that I couldn't avoid their unpleasant conversation that I had to finish my breakfast and remove myself from the table.It was disappointing because the breakfast itself was faultless with a wonderful selection of fresh produce on display.

The Luxurious Architectural design of the hotel and its facilities especially the SPA makes it for me one of the premier hotel and spa destinations in Ireland. The hydrotherapy pools are equal to any thermal spa ( indoor or outdoor) in Switzerland which I used to live in. The buffet breakfast was huge in terms of selection and beautifully presented.

At the entrance of the room once you opened the door - there was no overhead light in the hallway. The tea and coffee tray had to be removed from the shelf and carried over to a table with plugs along with cups and tea bags. There should have been a plug socket at the back of the shelf it was placed in.

Lovely sized spacious rooms. Bath!! In room, great for travelling with baby. Quiet corridors. Beautiful grounds. Close by childrens play park. Close to take outs, restaurants and pubs - short walk away (5mins). Easy access to Dublin - only 25 min drive to the airport. Free on-site parking!! Lovely spa. Option of included breakfast to be delivered to rooms at €12 room service cost - this was so handy having a young baby with us as we were able to allow him to play with toys and relax in his own comfort during breakfast. Food is always delicious. Staff friendly and attentive. 24/7 room service with food available throughout the night. Bar open until 2/3am and drinks available after that on room service. Always a great stay here, we love it and will continue to return.

Not so much a criticism but we forgot there was an exit code to leave the car park and had to drive back round to go into reception to see what the code was. Maybe reception staff could prompt people when checking in that the code is in operation as the sign in reception can be easily missed. But not really a criticism as we always enjoy our stay at this lovely hotel. … if this is the only fault i can scrape together, shows what a lovely hotel it really is! :)

Relaxed and comfortable stay. Breakfast was good. We only used the terrace bar for dinner but it provided sufficient choice of food for our use in an informal and pleasant environment. Check out was at noon, two hours later than on Booking. com stipulated, as a result we had an unrushed morning.

Booking.com need to get check in and out times right. Check in was an hour later than stipulated on your web site so we had to wait around for an hour or so, but we did have a pleasant tea while we waited. Why do virtually all hotels have only one comfortable chair and one suitcase rack for a double room?

We only stayed 1 night due to visiting friends in the village, the room was comfortable, light and clean. Check in staff were friendly and helpful, beds were very comfortable and we slept well. We didn’t visit the spa due to time limitations and the fact we didn’t really want to pay extra ( would have been nice if it was included) ! Breakfast was really good, plentiful and fresh- staff also brilliant in there too - would definitely stay again

Lovely big room, beds are so comfortable and big had a great nights sleep. Very quiet no noise. The breakfast was gorgeous with lots of options for dairy and gluten free. Staff were very helpful. Very relaxing stay.

Paying 35 euro each for the Spa was way over the top, that's 70 euro for two people and on top of that a time restriction. There is no other pool to use and nothing else to do in the hotel. I miss the lovely fluffy towels in the rooms, towels seem like cheap ones now.

There was no complaints.

Breakfast was well laid and provided for. Spa was lovely but a shame hotel does not have a proper full sized swimming pool.

In main reception central carpet was very grubby and spoilt the look of the main reception. Room was very nice but furniture a bit damaged so could do with a bit of TLC. Mix up with bar bill which was a little frustrating. Felt the spa should not charge for people staying at the hotel. This extra cost is a little cheeky if you are residing there.

Staff was very helpful at front desk and in lounge (food service). Grounds are lovely to do short walks on paths around hotel. Food was very good in lounge and nice area to sit and relax. Rooms were nice size. We did not have time to visit spa, but looked like lots of guests were.

Gates coming in were not marked as to how to raise gate so we confused. Need to pull up to get it to raise. Need code in lobby on sign at door to leave.

The staff in the bar and spa were just wonderful, super friendly and chatty and never made you feel as though you were interrupting them. The location near Dublin is great and the rooms are very spacious which is just lovely.

Having to pay to make use of the thermal suite in the spa while being a hotel resident was a surprise. At €10 a head it wasn't breaking the bank but this is the only hotel I've stayed in where use of the spa facilities wasn't included when you are a hotel guest. It's a lovely spa and I would have liked to visit for a little while the morning we were checking out but would have had to pay another €10. It feels kind of money grabbing truthfully.
