Very comfortable spacious room. Very friendly, accommodating staff. Really lovely dinner on my first night and excellent breakfast

A tad expensive given out of town location. Use of taxis added to that cost.

The hotel was very comfortable and recently renovated so very fresh and modern. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious.

While we knew we were outside of the city, the website states it is just a 15 minute walk. However , in actual fact it is 45 minutes to Kilkenny Castle and all of it's surrounding attractions.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. A very modern and well kept hotel. Excellent value. Located within an industrial park so lots of parking and close to the centre of town.

Arrived for breakfast at 10:20 (breakfast finishes at 10.30) and all of the pastries were gone, the bread for toasting was hard and there was very little left in the hot food section. Staff started clearing away everything at 10.30 on the dot and noisily rearranging furniture. This was the only downside of our stay. Have stayed here before and was happy overall with the cleanliness and location.

We arrived down from Dublin airport after a delayed flight as the restaurant was closing - the receptionist Savio (?) voluntarily went and asked the kitchen staff if they would delay finishing so we could be served, they did and we were able to enjoy a great meal. Johnny the waiter was also very helpful and obliging, The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable. There was an extensive selection at breakfast to choose from with good coffee. Checkout was quick and friendly. Wonderful staff and a comfortable stay.

Excellent hotel, clean and modern set just outside of Kilkenny centre. Although the hotel was busy during our stay, our ground floor room was nice and quiet and we weren’t disturbed by noise from other guests. The rooms were very spacious even with a travel cot up. Staff were pleasant and accommodating with our child. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Booking through booking.com I hadn’t realised that what I’d paid in £ only secures the room, doesn’t actually take payment. On arrival at the hotel I was asked to pay the room in euros, the exchange rate offered was extremely poor and I ended up paying a lot more for the booking than I’d budgeted/realised on initial booking. Although this was frustrating, I would still use the hotel again but book with them directly to secure a better initial price.

The hotel itself was very nice. Staff was extremely helpful. They let us know about all the activities that were going on in town the weekend we were there(it just happened to be Kilkenny Culture weekend). They also made sure we knew there was a Kilkenny sitting app. They made sure we had no problem getting into town.

No fault of the hotel, but poor map reading on my part when selecting the hotel. When we got there I was very surprised to find it was in a small commercial park area on the outskits of town. But it was only a 5 to10 minute taxi ride to get in to the city center

The vibe we got from the minute we walked into the hotel.The staff are lovely & very friendly & well trained too you can see that aswell. The beds were comfy,shower was amazing breakfast was lovely aswell,probably the only thing I'd say that was a little bit disappointing was not having a swimming pool or jacuzzi etc apart from that everything else was excellent. I'd definitely recommend someone to stay there aswell.

Can't really find any faults in things I didn't like except for as I said a jacuzzi or something like that but everything else was brilliant.

Comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, well groomed staff with clean uniforms in bar/restaurant. Plentiful parking spaces. Good overall standard of cleanliness in building. Quiet corridors and quietness in rooms so restful sleep. Good quality of food and plentiful choice of items at breakfast.

Lack of natural ventilation in rooms. Very restricted opening of windows in bedrooms, resulting in being most uncomfortable. Lack of signposting to hotel, and confusing access from main road. No food available after 9 p.m. and in addition no snacks (crisps/nuts etc.) available in bar for group while spending considerable amount for drinks.

The staff were lovely, very clean and comfy beds..... but still pricey.

The room looked relatively new, looks like it was renovated recently so everything was neat and tidy and clean. Was surprised how clean the bathroom was! They had a little cake waiting for me in the room as it was my birthday. There is plenty of free parking, located close to the city centre and most amenities. The breakfast was okay, the usual continental breakfast. The dinner was actually good! The salmon was fresh. Have nothing bad to say, will definitely go again!

The breakfast could have been a bit better but can't complain, the continental breakfast usuals were there.
