This is a wonderful hotel. The customer relations manager went out of her way to make my stay special. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was truly outstanding and one of the highlights. The variety and quality of the food was exceptional. This hotel is well located within walking distance of the centre and the old city. I highly recommend the Leonardo Plaza. This is my third stay. And I was upgraded to an old city view with a balcony.

The hotel needs a refurbishment which is now underway. I can’t wait to see the finished results. More attention is required in the cleaning the lifts and corridors .

The personal care and dedication of the staff, especially Ronit, who was so warm and kind to us, was outstanding and made our transition much smoother and more welcoming. The food was delicious and abundant, and all the waitstaff were attentive to our needs. Yusef, the head chef, went out of his way to accommodate our children for one of the Shabbat meals. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem! You will feel like home!

I spent rosh Hashanah the Jewish new year and yom Kippur the day of atonement...at the hotel..it was absolutely incredible..the prayers..the staff the food ...the hospitality..was amazing. I will be coming back next year and possibly even sucoth. Ronit an associate manager would come to each and every individual and welcome them and ask them individually if they needed anything what she could help with.i would strongly recommend whoever is visiting Israel to stay there and also those seeking a nice and pleasant prayer for these Jewish holidays..the cantors were execeptional and to hear the traditional blowing of the shofar was an amazing experience. thank you Ronit and Ortal for making it such an amazing experience.

This is my 2nd stay at the Leonardo Plaza in Jerusalem . My first time was Passover 2024 and I came back for Shabbat the weekend of July 5th.It was amazing. Ronit, really makes the stay , She is always there to welcome you and make it like a home away from home. I was suppose to got my family in Sanhedria but decide it was to long a walk and stayed for the Shabbat Dinner and lunch. The food was incredible probably the best Shabbat Buffet I ever had in Israel and the pool is amazing and relaxing, it was such a peaceful Shabbat in heart of Jerusalem and again Ronit made it all possible, She helped arrange my last minute change in Shabbat plans and made sure I had a place for Shabbat Meals , the room and view of Old City was spectacular!! highly recommend!!

I had such an amazing time visiting Jerusalem and staying at Leonardo Plaza , the hotel is so comfortable excellent food excellent staff I can’t say enough positive things about this Hotel quick check in, I was treated so kindly, I especially want to thank Dorit , the property manager, not only did she help me with an issue with a lost item. I was also upgraded to an amazing room with an amazing view of the Old City . I came to Israel to visit family and to do a week of volunteer work prior to arriving Jerusalem and after a week of volunteer work in the farms in the south by Gaza it was such a pleasure to arrive at Leonardo Plaza and he spoiled a little by the staff and the hotel, so much for an excellent stay !!! G-d willing I’ll be back in July

The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts are incredible. This is my favourite part of the day. The customer relations manager went out of her way to make my stay exceptional

The room needed better cleaning. There was almost no toilet paper. There are dirty dishes left in corridors and rubbish in the lifts. The hotel needs refurbishment. It’s somewhat dated.

Staff was friendly. the breakfast was amazing. The location is fantastic. We requested a late check out and we got it. The pool area is beautiful and so quiet and relaxing. We stored our luggage and had to go back and retrieve things fromit a couple of times with no worries. They called us a cab when we needed it.

I felt the rooms were clean but a little dated. But how much are you in the room.
