The hotel is comfortable, and its location is fantastic, in walking distance from so many important areas of Jerusalem, and also public transport. The staff were helpful, and very responsive to any request. A good breakfast is provided, with an outdoor seating area. There is a lift, and a great rooftop garden, with good seating, and even a garden bench swing. We intend to stay here again, on future visits to Jerusalem.

The hotel has seen better days, but has a homely atmosphere as soon as you enter. The TV remote control was faulty, but having said that, they offered to call in a technician, but it was on a Friday, and was inconvenient for us on that day.

I loved the location and the fact that it was self service. Nearby you have cafes, makolets, hairdresser, barber shops, pastry shop, a change to change dollars.

I think if they paint the walls, change the blinds to something more modern and put in a little better beds. It would be an excellent hotel.

Great neighborhood, reasonably close to the old city. There's a bank and bus stop close by. Sakker Garden, Machane Yehuda market, and Shufersal supermarket are not too far to walk, either. They serve a kosher breakfast. The staff were great.

The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. They were more than willing to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. The location is great. I would definitely stay there again.

Although we located only a few restaurants nearby, those we found were very good.

The facility was quiet, clean, and near to where I needed to be. The breakfast was generous, with 6-8 chopped salads, breads, beverages, fruit, cheeses, eggs, and other items available. Staff was available and helpful.

I have to stretch to find something I didn't like...the elevator worked fine but made some disturbing noises.

There was a general unpleasant smell at the stairs and the floor, and there was also some noise from the families in the hotel.

No breakfast was provided, but there was a room with tables, microwave and everything to make a breakfast. And a supermarket nearby. Location is really great. Quite and green environment. All the attractions are are near,

There were nobody in the lobby, when we arrived and we felt a bit uneasy. However, the entrance code was send by SMS, and after all we liked how it was organized.

Excellent location - within walking distance (~ 1.5 mile) from both Israel Museum and the Old City. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast (I was there during Passover and they keep kosher kitchen so the choices were a little more limited than usually).

The mattress on my bed was a little too firm for my taste.

this hotel is exactly what I was looking for it is in the right area and gives me everything I need it is of course not a luxury hotel it is simple but it fits with the price and with the service
