There is no water bottle in the room

Everything from the privacy to the meat rooms overall a excellent stay

The discounted cooked breakfast was huge for the price.....yum!! The bed was ok. The room was great, including a nice big TV and fast internet. There are restaurants close by, and it's only a 25 min walk to the centre of the CBD.

The shower water pressure played up at time - going from super hot to cold. The bathroom sink needed a good clean - see picture attached. The cleaners need to use a small brush or an abrasive cleaner.

The room had a few things broken upon arrival (window, power points, hairdryer). There was quite a bit of dust on Feb skirting boards and there were no spoons for the coffee/tea that would’ve been helpful. 1 Elevator was still out of order. A bit further out if wanting to be close to CBD shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were lovely. I would say it’s overpriced though comparing other cheaper hotels I’ve stayed in

Staff team is super friendly and kind. Specially the restaurant staff. They are amazing. Food restaurant is a great one, beautiful breakfast and good coffee. Room is comfortable, bed is ok, pillows ok. Not luxury but for the price is fine. I had nice sleeps . Just one night a room neighbour TV was with a loud volume, l tried to call the reception but phone wasn't working.

Mattress quality could be a bit better. Was a bit soft to my back but not too bad. I could sleep well. Bathroom tap was a bit loose and l was afraid to break it.

Very central, good parking , evening staff Abby was very extremely helpful changing our room as the lift had stoped working & I could not walk up to level 5 Abby is a very capable lady

Noise from the side street on Saturday night not a fault of the hotel & noisy plumbing in the bathroom when the tap or shower is turned on but a am sure fixable

The staff were the best staff we have encountered at our stays to date. They couldn’t do enough for you. The property was clean. But a microwave oven in each room would be perfect for those that don’t buy take away foods.

Room good size, clean, bathroom adequate for 3 adults. Good little fridge. Large bath towels and amenities. Separate room for luggage.

Noisy hot water heater and exhaust fan. Not enough pillows in room, had to ask for more. Some weird characters hanging around back door/car park, and restaurant only open for breakfast. Not many places open for dinner in area.

The friendly staff. Great location, was able to walk to and from the Hospital to visit a relative. The Restaurant, lovely food and service.

The shower, the water was either hot or cold, Could not regulate it to warm . It would be nice if the restaurant was open for dinner as well .

In a half decent location, not too far away from the CBD by walking or getting the bus. Friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfy and the room was spacious.

The lift to the rooms didn’t feel 100% safe… seemed to rock every time it stopped. Bathrooms need updating, clean enough but definitely room for improvement here.
