Location - can't get better than that. Parking - They have enough parking spots and it's multi entry pass (even though paid). Just the hassle of finding parking smack in CBD is taken care of.

Lifts - Please, please work on them. During our stay over the long weekend, 1 lift wasn't working. Every single time, we ended up waiting between 5-20 min. We had a baby in a pram and ended up standing and waving goodbye to packed lifts. Noise - Even though we were on level 23 (real level might be different as levels seem to start at 10), it was quite loud when cars went by. I would have imagined better soundproofing on windows. This might be nitpicking, but the number of times my baby woke up scared when those modified cars zoomed by makes me value soundproofing.

The staff were very helpful & friendly. I had an early flight from the Gold Coast arriving at the property about 10am. The receptionist kindly prioritised a room for me ( after firstly offering the accessible room which was ready). After storing the luggage, I walked down the street & thankfully was able to checkin about 12:30pm which I was very grateful for. ( I did check out on the Monday about 7:30am so it was a win/win for both). Thanks Team for a very relaxing & enjoyable stay. I’ll be back for sure! Next time I might take advantage of the breakfast & pool.

Excellent location very near to train stations and supermarkets, right above the fantastic good mall Regent Place with a connection door, spacious room and good view, helpful and patient staff

1) Dining table light bulb burnt for 7 days. We informed the front desk but no one replaced the burnt bulb even on our departure date with explanations like no bulb inventory, no engineer to replace … 2) our the elevator went up and down during our lift uncontrollably on our departure date. It happened that we needed to catch outbound flight…. Very scary experience

Clean, serviced daily, friendly helpful staff, reasonably quiet location for the city, close to the train station and tram, within walking distance of shopping centers, had a variety of amazing Asian restaurants and cafes just next door, city views. Good swimming pool, spa, sauna, and gym. Would stay there again.

The temporary single bed frame, the hotel put in the lounge was bent, not level, and looked battered. We just shifted the mattress onto the large lounge suite so no drama but disappointing.

I felt the room could have been more cleaner with a fresh smell. The reception (the hallway to the lifts) when entering smelt like urine. I did tell reception. However, for the duration of the stay the smell still lingered.

The pool area windows looked very dirty. The pool area is beautiful but just run down and could do with a fresh lick of paint and windows thoroughly clean. I paid for 1 x 2 bedrooms and a 1 Bedroom. Both executive. I would have expected city views yet, I did get that at all.

This was not our first visit to Frasers and admittedly it hadn't met our expectations after the pandemic but that was understandable because the hospitality industry was decimated and there were staff shortages. But it seems everything is back to normal now and service was excellent. Our dishwasher was broken by a previous occupant but maintenance fixed that immediately. Location is excellent as always. Very convenient and easy to get to everywhere in the CBD.

The sound but thats not the property's fault. Being in the CBD you will get a lot of noise from the outside even with the double layered glasses.

Staff were so lovely on arrival, showed us the room so we could see the view before payment (we didn’t even have to ask). Lovely apartment, gorgeous view, location was excellent, staff were so lovely, housekeeping perfect and always helpful.

We loved it and would stay again, although the bed gave us sore backs, pretty typical when it’s not your usual bed although we had to change our departure date and transport home because of this. The bathroom was also a little small, just keep in mind if you are looking for a bigger bathroom. Otherwise perfection.

We loved the apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. Room service was quick and the food was delicious. However, the breakfast room was extremely cold, and after the first morning we chose to avoid it and gave up our included breakfasts for the remainder of our stay. The location of the hotel is great, right next to a shopping mall with lots of places to eat in.

Location is excellent. Staff at check in (Justin and Cindy) were super helpful. Room was ready, as expected. Room key is practical for lift and room. Room/Bed were very clean, towels too. Had very nice liquid shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. Opted for mini kitchenette option - nicely equipped for making tea and storing water or a little bit of food. Breakfast is good and delivered to room, if asked.

There is no 24/7 in-room dining option. For travelers from Middle East, depending when you land, you might get hungry on first night. Uber does not deliver beyond a certain time and options are limited. If it rains, they don't deliver - as we found out.

Our room was on the 30th floor, the view outside at night was brilliant. The place was very clean and tidy, , room was spacious and modern, the bed was comfortable, location is in Sydney CBD convenient to everywhere you want to go, Town Hall train station is a short walk. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Perfect accommodation for a staycation!

It's only minor, there's a sensor in the living room for the aircon to activate( which we weren't informed). We called the guest services and they were helpful to fix it for us.
