The location is good, right next to the main train station - this might get a bit loud if your room is facing the train tracks. We used ear plugs so sleeping was not an issue for us. Walking to the city center takes 20-25 minutes, but public transport is also available. As we arrived by car we also used the available parking garage right under the hotel, at an extra charge. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was also varied and good.

I didn't really appreciate the bathroom separation - there was a semi see-through curtain placed over a window separating the room from the bathroom. It kinda lacked privacy.

The room for 3 people was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff at the hotel was very polite. Breakfast was Intercontinental, variety of food is nice and fresh. The room is designed for people with disabilities, therefore the bathroom was equipped accordingly. Hotel is located near the rail station (Hauptbahnhof).

The room‘s windows were directed towards railway station. At night was quiet but in the morning the noise could be heard. Not very loud though, at least on the weekend. Might be different during the working days. Definitely no nice view out of the window. Information about the room with windows looking to rail station unfortunately was not indicated.

We've had 2 rooms. Both were really big. The hotel is located in the centre of Graz and we haven't head any traffic noise, so the soundproofing windows were quite good. The breakfast was very nice as well. The wi-fi worked without any problems.

We have had some sound in the room that woke us up in the middle of the night. It was buzzing every 40 sec - 2 min. Started about 1 a.m. We've called reception and we've tried to investigate where the sound is comming from, but we were not able to localize it. Finally after 30-40 min we've changed room to the other one :( Would be nice to have some at least some discount for next stay or something ... but nothing like that wasn't offer to us. Due to this issue I'm rating the say on 8 (it should be even less). However if this incident wouldn't happen I would rate it to 10.

Good selection for breakfast. The kids loved the mini pancakes. Help yourself to coffee.

The room was quite hot and the bedding pillows and duvet were made with feathers which was a disaster for an allergy sufferer like me. I went downstairs in the middle of the night and asked for allergy free bedding. the night porter went to another part of the hotel find a duvet and pillow and brought them to me which was nice and enabled me to have a decent sleep. The shower did not drain so the water leaked into the entrance room. I cleaned it up and neglected to report it as we were in a rush to get out and see the town.

Easy location, near city center. Nice parking underneath hotel. Breakfast was okay, a little something for everyone. Rainfall shower was great. Little fridge, tea making facilities, amenities and soundproof.

Loved the fact that there was no carpet on the floor but the woodlook flooring was not that clean. The door had stains on it on the inside. Little things, we still had a good nights sleep.

Young, friendly, and very helpful staff! Felt welcome. Really great value for money. Decent breakfast. Clean rooms, modern and comfy bathroom. About 15 walk from downtown Graz.

Location is always a bit of circumstances thing... Right next to the train station (but didn't have a problem with noise). Thing is, the neighbourhood is quite rundown and somewhat shady. Nothing too bad or dangerous, though. Some of the restaurant area seats were stained. Restaurant wasn't operational except for breakfast.

We were very impressed by this hotel and we will definitely return. It's an amazing choice for anyone wanting to visit Graz - or for anyone who needs a place to stop while on a road trip (like us). It is conveniently located in front of the train station, yet it is very quiet. It's about 5 tram stops to the old town of Graz or 15-20 minutes on foot. The best part for us was the underground parking! But also the bedroom was very spacious and modern and clean.

Everything was perfect

Comfortable, convenient and impeccably clean! Right next to the train station, and within walkable distance to the city centre. The room had all necessary amenities and was spotless, the bed was comfortable and extra perk of having a mini fridge in the room too. The staff were all wonderful; I even met one of the housekeeping staff and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. Although my room faced onto the train tracks, the sound insulation was so good that the noise was barely audible. Really great stay overall.

Location is very good for the connection of the S-Bahn to the airport - the walk into town takes about 15-20 minutes but this was fine for us. Hotel is clean, comfy and the airco worked well. We had a window that faced the train station but we did not hear one single train, the soundproofing was good.

The breakfast room and selection is good but it seems that the hotel was struggling to keep up with demand - we showed up for breakfast at 8am and nearly everything had been pillaged.

The location is great, several tram lines and the train station is nearby yet it was quiet. The beds were comfortable and the map on the wall helped us understand where things are in the city. Very modern hotel. Huge shower in the room. We’ve been to a good amount of hotels and this was the only one with a well made scrambled eggs.

The wall between the bathroom and the bedroom was a bit interesting solution. It was tricky to find the juice machine at breakfast, I understand how modern the hotel is but at least there would be a sign. It wasn’t just us, I saw other people being confused by it too.
