Location was just great. Enough off the beaten track, so to speak, but very close to everything at the same time. Room was very large and comfy, really clean and very quiet. In four days we heard nothing from other rooms or the corridor. Breakfast was unbelievable! Will definitely go back again as it is impossible to see Vienna in a few short days.

Staff at reception could have been a bit more helpful, but it wasn't too bothersome.

We stayed here as my husband was participating in the Vienna marathon. It has a great location, we walked everywhere and only used public transpo a couple of times which are a a couple of min walks away. The room is very large and the beds were really comfy. The bathroom was also very large. we had breakfast once and there is a large variety.

We actually had something very odd and not typical of a hilton hotel happen to us during our stay. We arrived early and checked in however the room wasn't ready so we were told to come back later. We arrived after 3pm and were given a room. We went up and unpacked then decided to take a nap as we were tired after our night flight. About an hour later i heard someone opening our door with a key. I opened the door and said yes ? they said it was their room and they had just checked in. I told then we had also checked in that day and this was the room we were given. We then recived a call from someone at reception who rudley asked when we checked in and what my name was then told me "one min" and hung up on me....

Hilton Vienna Plaza Hotel I would like to compliment all the hotel employees; the reception, the restaurant, the bar and the room staff. They all made us feel very welcome and at home. We especially wish to thank Reddy who went out of his way to assist us in every aspect of our stay in Vienna. He gladly answered any question or request and when we had difficulty navigating public transport, he personally accompanied us to purchase travel tickets and even to book tours. A wholehearted thanks to the Hilton Vienna Plaza and to your professional and considerate staff. We loved how friendly the cleaning staff was and the treats we received. The bathroom facilities were very nice and there was very good water pressure. Loved that our room had a balcony that we were able to use and keep the door open when the AC wasn't working so well. Loved that there was a good gym, especially after spending the previous 2 weeks in boutique hotels. The staff in the restaurant and Executive lounge were very friendly. It was located in a very central part of the old town and it made walking around very easy. Also loved all the extra storage in the room, even though the room was much smaller than what we had expected. The Convenience store in the lobby was so convenient and had anything from snacks, sandwiches, drinks, and toiletries.

The free breakfast in the executive lounge fell well below expectations. We ended up paying for breakfast in the restaurant instead. The front desk clerk who checked us in was very loud and we felt we were being shouted at. The AC in the room did not work very well, luckily we had a balcony so we were able to sleep with the balcony door open.

Abdul was very, very helpful in helping us navigate more of the city's transportation system, and on the last day secured us a ride to the airport.

The bathroom needed to be cleaned on a deeper level - the walls had toothpaste and water splash marks. The lounge breakfast is not worth the extra expense.

Friendly staff in restaurant greeted us after our long journey. Food and staff at bar and restaurant were fantastic. Like to mention Michael did a wonderful job and always a pleasure to serve us. Room was quiet clean modern and cozy. Had room service and it was excellent the bell hops were so helpful. No full time concierge available but was able to get info from the front desk and they were very pleasant! We will be back...thank you. Seems that this hotel is staffed well for its size. We will be back

Nothing negative to say about our stay...great stay

Excellent breakfast. Attentive staff at the front desk, and in restaurant. At breakfast, eggs Benedict, omelettes etc, served to our table. Very good array of fruit, yogurt, and hot items, along with an amazing assortment of breads in the buffet. Our room was very large, quiet, and conveniently situated with several trams just outside the front door.

Had to be careful with the shower, as water could spray onto floor, as there was limited enclosure area. A very minor issue.

The location was very close to all the transport facilities. U Bhan and bus stop was just around the corner from the hotel. Could walk to many restaurants and bars. A supermarket called Billa was a 3 minute walk away. When we went out for a meal I just used Uber and they never let us down and they were not expensive at all.

It would have made the break complete if our friends would have been next to us.

Location, next to tram line and U Bahn. Clean, balcony was nice. The use of the lounge each evening 👍

The room lighting and electrics took us a week to work out with different switches for combination of lighting. Kettle wouldn’t work either out certain lights being on. We were disappointed in the size of the room for what we paid. Penthouse suite sounds palatial but it wasn’t! No restaurant to eat or relax in the hotel bar.
