The hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect and most of all I felt very safe.

When checking in I and another gentleman had to wait more than 20mins before the young man that was on that night (11/21/23) came from where ever he was to check me in. No apology, no smile just a hi as if I interrupted him from whatever he was doing. He's not friendly at all nor even tried to be. He didn't even say what time breakfast starts or end, he just gave me the key and told me the room number and said the wifi is there. No directions on how or which is the easiest way to get to the room as I was traveling with my elderly mum.

Breakfast was the regular. I just dont eat nearly everything there - health freak. But it was good for the regular person. Staff was very friendly and personable. I want to commend Helen for her courtesy and friendliness. She was so funny. Thank you Helen. Also, was close to my appointment.

No elevator. But not complaining I am okay with the stairs since it was only two levels. However, my friend's husband needed an elevartor. In addition, I thought I was getting a top floor but when I got there i was booked in a ground level room - I will NEVER stay in a ground level room. I had to get it moved to a top floor. The room was okay but no patio, as was stated in advertisment of the room.

The hotel is in a convenient location for our frequent trips to Hamilton. Also room was good and breakfast was excellent.

I have issues with my back and showering is a bit of a problem for me. I would have really preferred to have a tub to use. Also the one parking spot in front of our room was designated as an electrical charging station and since I don't have an electric vehicle I had to park further away from the room.

Location is excellent, breakfast was good - perhaps more fruit options or instant oatmeal (sorry if I missed it) It would be good if we could pick up the night prior items for a breakfast in room - for instance, instant oatmeal, fruit, muffins, yogurt. Picking up your breakfast the night before helps reduce the congestion in the breakfast area (especially with health concerns and Covid still present); and allows the guest to get some extra sleep when they need that. With a microwave and coffee in room, It's easy to get hot water and warm up a muffin for instance.

Specious room, large comfortable bed, hot shower with complementary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, plenty of towels, facecloth included (always a bonus), hot and cold breakfast options, friendly and helpful staff, very convenient for local visits. Highly recommend.

The room was not cleaned well, I found other peoples hair on the bed and in the shower. The tv was super old and you can see images burned into the screen. The quality was really bad.

I liked that there was not noise inside and outside the building even the location has a lot traffic around. Very clean room, and well presented. The Coffee was very good and the breakfast had several options

The reception furniture was a bit disorganized. The Blond guy at reception was a bit too serious, but was polite

This is a very pleasant place to stay. It is comfortable, friendly, clean, and convenient to the QEW highway. I wish there were more hotels like this one. I'm tired of paying a fortune for the illusion of luxury. I had a good sleep here and a good breakfast provided by the hotel as part of the price - how often does that happen these days? I will also add that the staff were exceptionally friendly, in particular a young woman with red hair who welcomed us when we arrived.

I was travelling with a small dog and was happy to be on the main floor. Especially nice that the room was fully renovated with hard surface flooring (no carpets).

I was disappointed that on my first night the tv did not work. They tried to solve the problem but it wasn't fixed until the next night. I think I should have received a discounted rate for the 1st night with no tv.

People who were guests next to us were smoking just outside our door. The smell of cigarette smoke was prominent. I’m allergic to cigarette smoke
