The ladies and concierge on in the club level lounge were PHENOMENAL!!!! They were truly were exceptional. The bed was comfortable and my room was very nice.

The ice machine on the floor was out of order which was highly inconvenient. the black out drapes while velcroed to the wall still let the sunshine in that landed right in my face in the mornings.

Staff were wonderful. Front desk were fabulous - friendly and knowledgeable. Guest services ensured that my son received balloons and treats for his 6th birthday. Concierge were incredibly friendly and polite. Staff appear to have had a high level of training and it really shows. Location is great - downtown but quiet. The outside bar and restaurant was a great space with more fabulous staff, very good food and cocktails.

Pool area was a little dirty and I had to report that the jacuzzi tub was so dirty it was unusable. Also, despite the fact that we we have children, I felt that the hotel should better police the rules of the pool. Older children screaming and throwing balls. Not pleasant for anyone else trying to use the facilities.

Staff was close to perfect. The room was very comfortable.

There was no game room for the kids. It could be useful on a rainy day. The options of 'treasures' on the treasure hunt should not include candy. I informed the staff that no candy was allowed but they still kept this choice for my kids. It was not a deal breaker but it's also an easy fix for next time.

We loved our stay, from the moment we arrived with warm greetings from the hotel manager. We felt like family 🥰front desk was awesome Ms Roy thank you for making our son feel so special, he loved the chocolate chip cookies 🥰 we are definitely going back soon❤️

Room was spacious, well appointed and absolutely spotless. We were on the 16th floor and had an amazing view of Lake Ontario and the CN Tower. House keeping was spot on with clean towels and bottled water everyday. Breakfast was excellent with a huge range of hot and cold, buffet and a la carte. Staff incredibly polite and helpful.

There really wasn't much not to like. However, the pool is a little small and there isn't much outside seating. The pool isn't manned by staff which meant it was incredibly noisy and busy at times and people were in the pool with wine glasses. Given its location and heritage it is a shame that the hotel does not have a roof top pool, which would be most welcome in the summer months. Having said this the hotel is still worth a stay.

Location is exceptional. Everything was clean. Personnel is very professional. Reasonable prices at the restaurant.

1) Sauna and other spa facilities are separated by genders. Not really comparable for families. 2) The price.

The location of the Hotel is great, you are close to all activities and points of interest are a walking distance. The rooms are clean and furnished with everything that you want. I had a special request about my wife's birthday celebration and the hotel really did well in acknowledging my request and making her feel special on her day. Good Job

I think it is good to give option to the guest in using the mini bar inside the room and furnishing it with few items

Absolutely everything, from the smell of the hotel to the amazing welcoming staff. Worth every dollar and the best hotel to book. I have never felt more relaxed and happy with everything I received. Money was definitely worth spent and everything was very well done. I can not wait to go back!!

It was impeccably clean and remarkably beautiful. The staff members were extremely pleasant and welcoming. I really enjoyed Club Lounge access and the variety of healthy, delicious foods. The immence amount of sunlight flooding our room further elevated my spirit. The bed and linens were a dream and last but definitely not least, the electronic bidet was an exciting adventure!

There was absolutely NOTHING that I did not like.
