The hotel is very luxurious. It was quiet and very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The entire hotel smells wonderful, like a spa. The pool was very nice, too. Every staff person we engaged with was incredibly polite, eager to help, and friendly.

I wish the toilet room in the bathroom had a vent in it. It would also be nice to be able to switch back and forth from the overhead shower head to the handheld shower head, but once you switch it cannot be switched back without turning off the shower.

Beautiful property. Loved the restaurants and cafe in the hotel as well. My room looked beautiful. Very clean and relaxing and the view from the 15th floor was really nice. Hotel staff were very helpful as well.

The property was great but the area it’s located in financial district is a ghost town on the weekend. Good thing there are restaurants and bars two to three blocks away

It’s a super hotel with a good gym and pool. Our room was fantastic with a lovely lounge area, desk and very spacious bathroom . The bed linen , towels and gowns were very luxurious .

We were not a fan of where it is. It’s far from lots of the great areas to visit . It’s in the business area.

The ladies and concierge on in the club level lounge were PHENOMENAL!!!! They were truly were exceptional. The bed was comfortable and my room was very nice.

The ice machine on the floor was out of order which was highly inconvenient. the black out drapes while velcroed to the wall still let the sunshine in that landed right in my face in the mornings.

I strongly object to Ritz policy concerning Marriott Elite members. No access to guest lounge unless you pay $350 for 1 person.

We loved our stay, from the moment we arrived with warm greetings from the hotel manager. We felt like family 🥰front desk was awesome Ms Roy thank you for making our son feel so special, he loved the chocolate chip cookies 🥰 we are definitely going back soon❤️

Staff was close to perfect. The room was very comfortable.

There was no game room for the kids. It could be useful on a rainy day. The options of 'treasures' on the treasure hunt should not include candy. I informed the staff that no candy was allowed but they still kept this choice for my kids. It was not a deal breaker but it's also an easy fix for next time.

Location is exceptional. Everything was clean. Personnel is very professional. Reasonable prices at the restaurant.

1) Sauna and other spa facilities are separated by genders. Not really comparable for families. 2) The price.

The view is amazing and we received an upgrade to a higher floor. The service is excellent. The room is clean and they have everything you would need in the room. Great hotel

Great location. Excellent staff (we love Olga in the Club Lounge!). In the evening, you can sample delicious maple candies.
